I?ve ordered many times from this location and just about every time, it takes at least 90 minutes to get my order delivered.

This location is a great lesson as to why franchise, low wage businesses are a bane to society unless people are starving for... jobs. This freaking location right here folks is bananas. Incompetence bleeds out of the doors and I haven't even got mysandwiches yet. Freaky fast,... yeah no. I am wanting just keep typing as to exhibit how long I am actually standing here. We haven't been able to place an order for at least 6 weeks. The online system says they're not able to take orders, and when... you call no one answers the phone. Is this location fully out of business? They tell you to choose another location to orderfrom, but you can't choose any JJ that isn't the once closest to your house. So, no more JJ for us I guess. :( Read more
Went here for dinner at 5:45PM on Tuesday 12/14/21. No sign was posted that they were closed early but apparently they closed at... 4 due to being short staffed. I totally understand and have grace for places that are short staffed during this time but I saw4 employees inside the store with 2 of them just on their phones recording tik toks. We did delivery as we were working on our house and unable to leave the drive way. Delivery is slow. Waited for an HOUR for our... food to show. I even called them and was told they 2 cars out with a ton of deliveries but should be coming soon which theydidn?t. We only had 3 subs. Should have just went to order and pick it up myself living 5 min away. Read more
This location is definitely not freaky fast. I've been in the store and waited more than 15 minutes on several occasions. I've... also ordered delivery and waited an average of 45 minutes. Seems like false advertising to me! Read more
Never available for delivery. Doesn?t make much sense. Figure it out you lose tons of business including mine. Hire more... delivery drivers, pay more, do anything figure it out . Prices keep going up but service keeps going down. Read more
