Usually have hot food and reliable service. Not tonight. Waited so long for potstickers food was cold. Offered extra but didn't... include sauce. Asked for LOTS of sauce over rice and lemon chicken. Unfortunately I entered this place on my birthday to ascertain if I brought a party of ten to celebrate, I could get my meal... free - a small gesture in the scope of attracting new customers. They told me I had to wait a year and not even a veteransdiscount offered. These marketing tools to be used to bring people through the door and the rigid nature of their process caused10 people to decide not to patronize this establishment. It?s about hope in humanity and not just pushing a bottom line alreadysuffering considering it was midday and only two customers. Serving a community means sometimes being willing to be flexible forsake of the bigger picture. I won?t discuss anything further. Go there if you like, the food is safe for consumption. It?s notbad though, but a turn-off goes a long way with me. So does a willingness to give back to the community. Management has notresponded to or offered to fix previous bad reviews, hence their 3.9 search ranking and empty atmosphere as of late. Better than they were a few years back, most of the staff I've had contact with are very friendly, could use a bit more crunch... on that chicken, all of the breaded/Battered ones that is, good portions at that price. Read more
Doesn?t matter what time of day I go there (beginning of lunch, mid afternoon, or dinner) they are ?out? of so many things. Or... the chicken wasn?t thawed so they can?t fry more. Today was the worst - fairly long line - almost out of everything with noway to make more. Woman helping me seemed oblivious to how to help and ended up forcing me to budge in front of anothercustomer since she ?had to check me out now?. The line is always a mess - and significant lack of options makes me not want togo back, because it?s always the same poor experience. In addition there are conflicting signs on the door as to their hours ofoperation. Not worth going there - they can?t get it together no matter how often I try to give them another chance. Read more
My daughter said the food was good as I was only purchasing a meal for her. I ordered from somewhere else. The kid that was... making her plate was in such a rush, he was just slopping the food in the container. I'm like chill guy, slow down. There wereno other customers in line. So that happened. Smh. The food was buffet style and very delicious. Service was pleasant and quick. It was a Saturday approx noon and there was no... large lunch crowd. The dining area was very clean, although the floor was a little sticky. Read more
