I stopped here a little while ago, and had not any of their cookies for awhile, I thought it would be fun to check it out. ... While, I was deciding on what to get, there really was no rush at all. What I liked was not only the assortment of cookiesthere were, but how colorful they were. But, I finally decided on a chocolate and a green style cookie as well. Of course Ihad to get something to drink as well. It seems that the staff were really friendly, and this location would be worth anotherstop sometime. I ordered the 36 Assorted Big Bite Cookie Box for my son's birthday party. DO NOT ORDER THIS! First off, it doesn't even come... in a box. I got small cookies in a bag. The "assortment" was a small bag of chocolate chip cookies, and a small bag of sugarcookies. The girl behind the counter handed them to me and said, "I think this is your order." I said, "You better make surethis is my order, I paid $40 for this." I also showed her my order on my phone, which was confirmed. They scrambled aroundlooking at things behind the counter, and she said, "Yep, this is it," set them down, and walked away. Never again. Read more
I took my kids here a while back and the cookies weren?t that great-stale and a little bland and the staff weren?t that friendly... . However we stopped by this weekend and were pleasantly surprised by how much better this experience was. Cookies tasted greatand the girl who helped us, Maddie was a sweetheart! I was in town from Iowa over the weekend and I ordered a cookie cake online since I called multiple times prior and couldn't... reach anyone to order via phone. When I went to pick it up, I had a full punch card that was for a free cookie cake but theycharged my card which I didn't think would happen until I picked up. I asked the girl to refund the credit card but she saidshe couldn't do that and the manager would have to. She said she would have someone call me to do the refund, that neverhappened. I ordered a cookie cake for my husbands 50th bday. I?ve ordered from franchise before but first time at this location. I went to... pick up order this past weekend and when I got there the young lady behind counter showed me cake before I left store with it.You could tell that whomever was in charge of the lettering messed up and smear it off as there was a thick layer of the smearremaining. I asked her if they messed up and she said yes. Not ?I?m sorry?,? not ?can I throw in some cookies to make it up toyou?? And clearly they didn?t correct it by making a new one. The whole point of paying the $40+ was so that it looked perfectand not like I had baked it myself. I didn?t have time to get in a fight with her as I had to drive 3 more hours right afterthat to get to his birthday dinner with family. Everyone who ate the cake noticed ACCs mistake. Good cookies. The strawberry cookie is divine with powdered sugar on top, while the cream stuffed red velvet cookie was my... favorite. It had a thick flavorful cream. I couldn't even finish it in one sitting. The only thing is that there a few optionsfor those allergic to nuts. The employee didnt seem to offer explanation but its probably not her call and the management orowners should consider more diverse options. They were decent cookies, but they were so expensive for such small cookies. If the cookies are that expensive they should have... higher quality ingredients or be bigger cookies. Crumbl Cookies have insane prices but they have insane cookies. However, Ienjoyed them. I?m not gonna hate on these cookies. Read more
