Workers were too busy talking to take my order. Not impressed. Wouldn?t recommend this location.
Have went to this location for breakfast several times. The lobby is closed as often as it's open, and there is rarely any... signage on the door to indicate if it's operating as normal. When a person does manage to get food here, it's consistent. Theservice is usually slower than other McDonald's, and it may not always be as clean as other McDonald's, but it's a greatlocation. I ordered through Uber Eats. I live down the street not to far. My food is ice cold. I did not get butter syrup or forks with my... meal. I do not have syrup at home and since I cant get down there myself I had to throw my pancakes away..... WASTED MONEY!!!!Pancakes should always come with this. Not the first time I had a problem with this place, I stopped ordering for awhilebecause of it then I thought maybe they improved......THEY DID NOT!!!!! I have worked fast food ITS NOT TO HARD!!!! Rolled up into the drive through about 10:53pm. Felt kind of bad about being 'that guy' since they close at 11, but I was hungry... since I skipped dinner after a really busy shift. Drive through guy asks me to wait a few seconds, which is fine. I only sawone person who looks like the manager in the store, so I was expecting delays. About 10 seconds later he takes my order, politeand clearly. I pull up to the drive through window and about 10-15 seconds later, I have my food. I know this doesn't seemunusual to most people, but as someone who's worked in food service and retail, I can tell you that this is pretty unusual. Ipulled up about 5 minutes before closing, when most food service crews are cleaning their equipment and getting ready to headhome, usually impatient and rude to customers. I even ordered a bakery item which was delivered to me quickly and was stillwarm. There's only one person I can see working in the store, and he is still super polite and delivers my order quickly andits hot and fresh? Customer service doesn't get much better than this. I came in with low expectations and was surprised withhow much they were exceeded. Always remember to be kind to staff in food service, most of them are doing their absolute bestwith the resources they have. Read more
Beware of ordering in line and make sure they actually give you your order. The way it's set up is very confusing and I've... received wrong orders more than I should. It's frustrating when you spend money and get less than what you spent. Read more
