I have been a customer for over 4 years.. I received the wrong size coffee, went online to see what could be done. I came... across returns and it said to initiate return call ?. So I pressed and called. The girl that answered told me returns were notpossible and for me to give my coffee away and she would send a couple of sleeves, I informed her that I purchased $180 worth ofcoffee and giving its away was no option, she then went on to tell me that this was my machines fault and that I had to fixthat, I asked for a manager more then two times she ignored me, kept putting me on hold, and I could hear someone speaking nextto her and telling her what to say. horrible customer service they definitely lost a customer I have three machines, and alwayrecommended to all friends and family, really disappointed. The store was super busy and I waited about 15-20 minutes until a representative was able to help me. Once I was being assisted... the customer service was great and I went from having no knowledge on Nespresso products to leaving the store a happy customerwith a new Nespresso Vertuo. Overall, good service but they seem to be short staffed. Read more

My nespresso was great for a few months until it wasn?t. It?s creating coffee at 165 degrees, scalding hot! I have to mail it... back in to get it possibly fixed and not have a coffee machine for at least 2 weeks. I was on the phone for 45 minutes just forthem to tell me I need to mail it in. I had to do a video chat to show them the scalding hot temps on a thermometer. Read more

I went in yesterday very excited to buy a machine and all the accessories. When I spoke to an employee, they were less than... enthused to help me. I?m fact, I felt like I was a burden for being there. Every machine that I was interested in getting, theydidn?t have in stock and told me to look online. Also, the original espresso machines they did not have to look at in person. SoI wasted my gas and time coming in when I was just referred to go online. Why have actual stores?? Besides to hire grumpyemployees. Read more

Solid place to get coffee/talk coffee. Space is posh and encourages you to enjoy your company and new products from this brand.... Nespresso change this space frequently and i enjoy that because it keeps you coming back to see what?s new. Has other productsoutside its famous pods. Has every product from this brand. Real bad first impression. The store was out of a whole bunch of stuff and both ladies in the store seemed uninterested in... keeping a customer/making a new customer. I know by the coffee and my machine that Nespresso can do way better for traininghigher quality people how to sell their wares and keep their store stocked. Please! Read more
