Delicious takeout dinner! Nice diversion from much of the "standard " food options at the Mall of America. Excellent customer... service! My dinner was fresh, hot and delicious! I enjoyed the combo meal, selecting two menu items. I ordered the barbecueturkey sandwich and broccoli cheese soup. After a long day at work, my dinner was definitely "comfort food." The food is as good as always. The service is anything but good. The person taken our order was root when we asked questions and... she forgot to give us the cookie we order. We asked for take way yet they prep it for dining in. When we ask to put it to goboxes they dropped the boxes on the counter and said ?here you go?. OMG. What a disappointment. Read more

I would do 0 stars if it was an option, I ordered a full chicken salad and it was not busy and I waited 15 minutes for a dish... that wasn?t even half filled, a few pieces of chicken and barely anything else, definitely not worth the $, pick somewhere else. Read more
I ordered a Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad. I got a salad without pineapple, blueberries and CHICKEN! I go back to the... counter and ask. - Are you out of pineapple? She says. Yes. And Chicken? And she says yes! I am like well - when you order asalad with chicken and you are out chicken not to mention the other two ingredients it would be nice to know so I could havemade a different choice ordering. Just used a coupon that comped your next meal because a different panera messed up our order. This Panera was incredibly nice... and accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a good experience. The manager on duty was excellent.
