Called ahead and reserved yet we still had a bit of a wait. It was well worth it. Took the nephew out for an afternoon date and... he loved this place. It's a great fun place for children yet the food and drinks were amazing. My server was fun andknowledgeable. My only issue is the food took 30+ minutes after ordering. Plus the food came out wrong. How do you screw uppizza? Now let's get to the good stuff, the food. He ordering a slush and was able to keep the cup, pizza pepperoni kids mealwith Mac n Cheese and a cheese burger meal with fries. He absolutely loved the food and ate both meals which was unbelievable. Ihad an amazing drink, Mexican towers which was super greasy and thee BEST Poke Bowl I've ever had! It was so good in stilldreaming about it. It's was expensive for the quality of food. I can fine dine for the same prices. For 2 we spent $130 for anadult and child. We really enjoyed the atmosphere Read more

Really neat venue as expected, kind of loud. When the thunderstorms are happening(which appear to be about every 15 minutes) you... can’t really talk to whoever you are with. The first thunderstorm is cool but as it goes on while you are waiting for yourfood or enjoying your appetizers they get a little bothersome. The service was decent, the food was decent, we got in quick withour reservation, so overall pretty good experience. My wallet hurt after spending 45$ on 3 drinks though. Read more

My family and I went to rain forest cafe in mall of America and I found a huge bug with legs mixed in my mashed potatoes. I’m... literally traumatized. This was so disgusting and I’m literally traumatized. I couldn’t stop vomiting. I took the food tothe manager the next day and he said he had to do an investigation. This is so disgusting and unsanitary. Don’t eat here. Read more

If you enjoy listening to the same thunderstorm every 10-20 minutes and watching old animatronics pop and lock around you this... is the spot for you. Not to mention you'll hear the staff singing happy birthday and clapping around a nearby table at leastevery 5-10 minutes. The food is extremely overpriced for the quality. We ordered the castaway cheese pizza for my son &daughter at $7.99 each. They asked for applesauce and was given 2 slices of oranges instead. The "pizza" is literally a slice ofgrilled pita bread with melted mozzarella cheese on top and a cheap sweet tomato sauce, it was so mediocre. We could have goneto Little Caesars and got 2 large extra peperoni pizzas for less and enjoyed it more. The Pastalaya was decent, nothingspecial. All I tasted was heat and overcooked chicken, they also gave us the hardest piece of bread i've ever seen. On top ofall that, we waited 40 minutes to be seated then an extra 35 to eat this sad meal. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else ifyou're looking for a good time, this place is no longer it. Read more

Try to visit the Orlando location and they had a four hour wait, so this trip I made reservations MAKE THEM IN ADVANCE!!! I've... only been to the cafe one other time in Cancun Mexico when I was 19, twenty years later I still remembered the experienceenough to bring my own kids. The food is expensive, but worth the experience. We dropped $220, but there are 7 of us on aregular basis!! We had a few drinks so that increased the price also, but why no when on vacation and it comes in a souvenirglass, lol. I don't remember the waitresses name, her service was worth the mention. She was no place to be seen then rushingrushing rushing, that makes you not want to ask for anything. Anyways, this isnt about her. Food was good. Read more

Stopped for lunch and thankfully made reservations. We were quite excited to get in and eat here as friends mentioned how nice... everything was. Unfortunately we were a bit underwhelmed by service and availability of some menu items. The food we orderedwasn't prepared as requested so we had to pick things off one dish and ask twice for a sauce for another. Lack of staff meant wesaw our server when ordering, we got our food, then the bill. The overall experience was unique but not likely a place we'd makeany extra effort to return to or recommend. I have mixed feelings about Rainforest cafe. It's way overpriced for the quality of food you get. I had a burger and fries for... 15.99 and it was overcooked and the fries were dry and hard to eat. My friend got cheesecake that she said was ok. The drinkswere fun and tasted good. The service was excellent. I loved the ambiance. The only other issue I had was the person doing theactual seating seemed really annoyed that my friend was in a wheelchair and made us feel bad for taking up space at timesbecause so many people have strollers space can get tight. We weren't intentionally trying to be in the way and movedimmediately but it's not always easy. Fortunately the customers were more patient and kind than the employee. Probably won't goback again. If you have kids, it would be a fun place to take them. Read more

Overall, a good meal. The prices are higher than average, my family of four spent $92 before tip. I could get an unlimited sushi... dinner for the family for a lower price, so this is a bit high to me. We were happy with the portion sizes, Each entree wasenough to fill up on. The appetizer was a good size for a family, still cost more than it was worth. Read more
