I came to this Starbucks on the first floor of the mall after checking out Barnes and Noble, and my experience was good. I... ordered a mango dragon fruit lemonade refresher, and it was very good. I thought the price was fair, around $6 dollars for aventi, and it tasted good, especially for a mall Starbucks. The baristas are SO NICE!! They worked together as a team very well and I was impressed with how fast I got my drink. The... seating isn't very comfortable, and there isn't a lot of seating, but the atmosphere is wonderful. Still a good spot to grabsome coffee while you shop!! Read more
I have been here for 5 days now.. and every time, Anna has been amazing. Today I came in, bought a coffee, and 5 minutes later,... it was spilled all over my showroom. I came back and told her my story because, I am social lol, and she took care of me (Inever asked and it wasn't expected)! She has been awesome every time, but this time she went above and beyond. I work retail. Ihave for 10+ years. Finding someone who cares about their people and truly takes care of them without them asking is the epitomyof World Class Customer Service. As a diabetic, I was thoroughly dissapointed in the lack of sugar free options. (only vanilla) Then they miss made the coffee. ... I ordered the largest, got medium. The coffee tasted sour, and gross - I couldn't finish it, and I love coffee. Oh well. Read more
