Have you seen or heard of the ?soup Nazi? from the old Seinfeld show? That?s what it?s like buying from this shop. Very... unfriendly staff (Eli). Clearly the owner is a very greedy unethical person. I watched them treat a family very poorly. Theydon?t honor any discounts or coupons. Read more

Every time I come to this location, I have to ask the employees to wash their hands! When I went in yesterday, there was a young... man sitting on the counter with his cell phone in one hand and scratching his head (with no visor or hat) with the other. Hegets off the counter as I approach and just puts gloves on! I have worked at Subway and it is policy to wash your hands beforeputting on new gloves. They even have a sign above the sink reminding them to wash their hands first! It is an important foodsafety rule that most of the employees here do not follow. Read more

When I come to this subway I either get a above average or below service, I believe it completely depends on who is working. The... white guy who works there knows how to treat their customers and always treats my family and I greatly. Very talkative, andwants to the customer to leave happy with their meal. However, once and a while I will get the hispanic women who doesnt say aword and acts likes the customer is just bugging her. Shes gotten my order wrong twice when I do online orders and when youorder a particular meat like steak, she shorts you with the portion size. I wish this location could have great service all ofthe time as I live close and would come to this location more if the service was performed a little better. Read more

This was probably the worst subway I have ever been to. Store closes at 9pm, I was there at 645 and employees were more focused... on closing store than serving customers. I made my order online and was at the shop early so I knew I would wait a bit, Ifinally left the store with my sandwiches 25 minutes after my scheduled pick up time. There wasn?t even a rush, 4 othercustomers came in during that time with normal sized orders, one employee slowly served customers while the other prepared toclose the store 2 hours before closing time. It was frustrating to say the least. I will not go back to this location. Read more

There were two people working. The guy was slow but very friendly I think he was just learning. The lady was rude and abrasive!... Scolded me about the size of my order in front of the other customers as if to point out to them that I was at fault for thelong wait. She made me feel like a child. I was informed that six sandwiches should be pre ordered like the catering orders. Read more

Best Subway experience I?ve ever had. Wasn?t sure what I wanted, asked girl behind the counter, (Joy) what she?d make for... herself? She whipped me up the best Subway sandwich I?ve ever had, and described it like a 5-star chef as she was making it. Would recommend this location and if you?re feeling adventurous and Joy is working, ask her to whip you up one of her spicyfavorites! Read more

Absolutely the best customer service of any subway anywhere! By far the best customer service I?ve experienced in a long while.... Mary greeted every customer as they walked in and was very friendly. You could tell that the team was working together to fillthe orders and there was just a happy vibe in the air. 10 out of 5! Read more
