I have had several really bad experiences with this Subway, it used to be good, what happened? For the third time in as many... months I went there today and ordered a turkey sub and it was awful. The bread was hard and stale. The vegetables did nottaste fresh, almost tasted like they were freezer burned. The reason I gave it a couple chances is because they used to havegood subs. I want to add that the woman working was nice, it didn't have anything to do with her, the food was bad. My advicewould be to stop skimping, make sure your food is fresh or you won't last long, too much competition. Read more

Went into Subway order to footlong sandwiches a bag of chips to cookies and a drink. The girl at the counter got the sandwiches... right I'd set the chips on the counter so she run those up didn't get the cookies. I then asked what about the two cookies shesays oh I didn't charge you for two cookies you didn't ask for them and then she grabbed the two cookies. I then said what aboutthe drink she said you didn't order a drink I've been here for long enough that I know exactly what you ordered and you didn'tsay you wanted a drink. I said but yes I did order a drink. She said I have audio and video on you and can prove that you didn'torder a drink. At this point I'm just disgusted as I'm having a young maybe not even twenty-year-old tell me what I've orderedso I said get the audio and video you can hear it yourself. She then asked me to leave the store. did not serve me a drink andasked me again to leave the store because I was making her feel uncomfortable. wow what is the world coming to when you have thecounter person argue with you about what you ordered, then refuse to serve you like you're being unreasonable.
