Francisco in the window taking orders is amazing! He is great with customer service. We DoorDash and also order from here many... times. We know we will get great service when we hear his voice at the drive thru. Even if we mess up on our order he is so niceand happy to help us get the right order and correct our wrongs. He should be employee of the month or get a ?pat on the back?reward. Many drive thru people are not nice and he is a delight! Read more
Best Taco Bell in the area. The cashier Leon makes each visit better. An employee who truly goes above and beyond. Drive thru... is open all night but gets busy after 10pm but that's to be expected. Fantastic steak egg and potato burrito before 11am whenbreakfast ends. Read more
They have a new overnight staff and they are not very good. Not sure if it's a bunch of new people or what but these are the... chinciest, messiest/sloppiest taco bell items I've ever gotten from this location. The wait was extremely long which okay that'sfine it's Friday but people were literally backing out of the drive thru. They also got part of my order wrong, which onceagain, it happens. The quality of the food was just really unappetizing and sloppy this time, as well as how they were justthrown in the bag half unwrapped? I will post photos of how the food looked upon taking it out of the bag. I have been to thislocation several times and as of may 27th 2022, the quality of service and food has gone down significantly. Read more
There is a man that works in the drive through that makes my day every time I go through. He was working the window last night,... 12/2/22. I don?t know his name but he has brown hair & is always there. He is so personable and hilarious. My order is alwaysright no matter how complicated I make it. Last night I went to pick it up and as he was waiting for my food to come up so wewere chatting. Ppl in the back got after him for not grabbing the food right away. His response, ?I am talking to her?. We needmore of this. He ROCKS and deserves a RAISE. Have this man train your newbys because he is who you?d want to replicate in thework place. Read more
