Phenomenal experience!!! I only got take-out but the owner & her staff were all incredibly welcoming & very attentive of my... needs the entire time I was there. Everything from the decor, to the taste of my dishes, & service, were all perfectly on point.This is a Twin Cities MUST EAT spot for certain, if you haven't already been here!! The interiors are done tastefully. It gives you a nice vibe as you walk in. I ordered a vegetarian Indian Thali. The naan, malai... kofta and mixed vegetables were ok. Instead of chana masala boiled dal was served. When I pointed out, I was offered one moreportion of the same with a tadka. But by then, I was already finishing. The gulab jamun was served cold and papad and chutneywere not served at all. I was not attended after serving the thali and thus all of this could only be pointed out intime. Overall quantity is good and quality and taste is ok. I hope that my experience there was a one off incident. Update: Ivisited again for dinner and all previous issues were addressed. I am bumping the rating by one. It was Saturday dinner and theplace got busy very quickly. Mansa served me both times and she is really attentive and serves with a smile. Read more
I wish there could be lower than one star review option. Anyways my recommendation for the first time customer, please don?t buy... food from this restaurant it?s terrible and the worse part they are giving poor services. food quality is not worth as perprice. I didn?t finish it, seems like they reheated vegetable and shahi paneer because it was so savoured. I wasted my hundredbucks on it. Read more
I ordered samosa,papdi chaat ,vegetable and paneer pakora via doordash. The pakoras were average but the samosa and papdi chaat... was a total waste of money. I felt as if the papdi chaat was prepared by someone who has never had it ,it had oily papdis andpieces of green bell peppers. Samosas were like stuffed pooris and super oily.I can say that these were the worst samosas i haveever had in my life. A total waste of money ,i would never order from this place again. Read more
Had ordered chicken biryani. Rice was similar to sticky rice. Not long grain. Taste was 2/5. It tasted like plain rice added to... biryani gravy. Will never order food from this place again. Read more
Gave this place a try because Hyderabad was closed. Good flavor, just the portion sizes left something to be desired. $30 for my... meal, and I didn't feel nearly full. Also, the place was near empty, but I waited over 30 minutes for my take out order. Read more
My family and I big Indian cuisine lovers. I have to say we are very impressed with Tandoor. We have been living in Bloomington ... for two years and never eaten here. To Andoor is tucked away off of American blvd. The food is very flavorful even when orderingmild. We always order mild the first time we eat ar new indian Restaurant. The chicken samosa is perfect and perfect size. Myfamily almost finished them before I could eat one. The dishes arrived quickly like someone in the kitchen knew what they weredoing. Lol. What I like the most is that there menu shows you what's vegetarian and non-vegetarian for easy ordering. Theservice is awesome and she was so nice. We will be coming back for sure.
