Used to be better - now it's awful. Ordered pizza for a movie night. Once ordered the email receipt changed from pizza delivery... time 60 minutes to 3 hours and 30 minutes. Tried calling and couldn't get through to change to pickup. Drove to the store, whilestill on hold. Bunch of people standing around. Phone's weren't ringing. Asked if they had gotten my order. They looked at thecomputer screen and said "oh yeah we did but it will be a bit." At this point I just asked to cancel. They said sure, and Iasked for a receipt - none was given. So anyway ended up getting charged the $60 and never got pizza. Tried calling andemailing - again no response from the business. Finally went to American Express and did a chargeback and got my money back thatway. This used to be a good store but now its just awful. This is the third time something like this has happened - we used toorder it a lot more and before gave them the benefit of the doubt. Now we don't. The topperstix are very good and we enjoytheir pizza - but this store has turned into a mess. Missing items, wrong items, and then absolutely no response from calling oremailing the store to try and get it fixed or the missing items back. Super frustrating, especially when it used to be good. I ordered online for delivery. I waited over an hour and the online tracker still said ?making.? I tried calling and couldn?t... get a person. My brother and sister tried calling as well and we all waited on hold for over 1/2 hr with no answer. I assumedthere were no people working but I paid $60 so I drove in to see if anyone was there. Still on hold when I walked in, there wereindeed people working. Nobody on the phone, no phones ringing. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledgedthat there was a customer standing there. Someone finally came to the counter and I explained the situation. The employee justacted confused and started opening random pizza boxes to find my order. I just said I?d like to cancel. The employee told methey could probably cancel it. I asked what probably meant. Then they said they would cancel it. So now I?ll probably have todeal with my bank to retrieve the money. I don?t recommend the Portland Ave Bloomington location. Not sure if the other Topperslocations are as poorly managed. Read more

I would not reccomend this location, something must be wrong with their dough lately, my large was more medium sized. It was... also overcooked. Once is a fluke but this is the third time, I don't think I'll order again Read more

We ordered on Friday after work and went in to pick it up. I have to say I was scared to eat the pizza after I sat and saw the... young man, the others one of them with a bandana on smoking an e- sig and the one kid leaning on where they make the pizzastaking off his cap and re adjusting to right over that counter. The one young lady with long hair and had it pulled up on top sothat it freely hung back and forth over the food counter. To top it all off. The person I thought might be a manager walked awayfrom our issue and did not help our situation. The hardest working young gentleman was the young man cutting the food andputting the boxes on the warmer. The pizza was good but after seeing how it was prepared I don?t think I will order from thereagain. I do not believe it was the workers fault it was the lack of management. Read more

The first time I ordered for delivery, they accidentally gave me pineapple instead of tomato on my pizza, but it was still... mostly tasty. The second time, the pizza they brought me was undercooked to the point that all but the edges was inedible. Thedelivery driver was extremely nice, patient, and helpful. Overall, though, I?ve had better experiences with other Topperslocations. Read more

Second time ordering. Delivery the first time and would rather just pickup than to wait an extra 40 minutes AND pay more for the... same pizza. The second order was hotter and just tastes great. Most complaints are about delivery. Just pick-up and it?s a 5star! Right next to the airport and all the hotels. Dont miss this one ?? Read more

I ordered a ragin' pepperoni pizza. It was very this is the second night in a row I've ordered it. The 14" pizza size is perfect... for the hungry people. Large chunks of crunchy bacon are spread over the pizza. The quantity of pepperoni slices is perfect,they are a little crunchy too which is the best taste. The pizza is very greasy, pools of grease can be seen throughout thepizza. I ordered hand tossed which was so good, the bread tastes so good! I'd recommend Toppers for a nice family pizza,definitely greasy and filled with toppings, just the way I like it! Read more

AWFUL food. Awful delivery. Manager support less than desirable. The food was delivered to our hotel and left outside the... doors, in January. No contact attempts. The hotel staff finally found it and called our room. The food itself was poorly cut,raw, sloppy, wet, basically inedible, and obviously cold. We didn?t receive the soda we ordered and no plastic-wear for the macand cheese. Calling and talking with a manager was met with being told there was nothing they could do. We were told tocontact Slice, the contracted delivery service this location uses. Slice only offers submitting a claim virtually. The managerwouldn?t even listen to our complaints about the quality of the food because ?there is nothing I can do.? Absolutely would notrecommended ordering from this location and will avoid Slice as well. Read more
