This is a very nice place to take a breath from the chaos of the rest of the mall. We enjoyed delicious house made food in a... little more elegant environment. There is a gluten free menu that made ordering very easy for me. There were also vegetarianmenu options. There is a full bar and all the drinks we saw looked wonderful. My wife and I stop by here once a year when we visit the Mall of America. We keep coming back because it has never disappointed... us! I would have included pictures of the food but we dug in too quickly as the delicious smell overwhelmed us. The drinks(The Spicy Margarita and Blood Orange Margarita) were both superb. As for food, I think I always get the Northern Lakes FreshWalleye Fish Fry. The pieces have the perfect breading, are piping hot when served, and the tartar sauce is uniquelyscrumptious! This scratch kitchen is a must dining experience. A menu with a wide variety, including my choice, a Thanksgiving style... meal...in July! Recommended by a buddy of mine "if I ever get up that way." Well, I got up this way and Twin City Grill was a treat! We wanted... to go with MN classics, so we had the fried walleye, the almond crusted walleye, and fried cheese curds. It was all delicious!It ended up being a bit too much fried food for me, but was still tasty. The almond crusted walleye was spectacular! Theatmosphere of the restaurant was a nice counterpoint to the Hot Topic across the way - dark wood, pics of Twin Cities landmarks,peace and quiet. Great lunch choice while we were passing through. We love coming here. Twin City Grill is a rare restaurant that has staying power and still maintains quality items. We were... there for a light lunch, but my chicken Caesar salad was delicious and as always, the fries were good. If we’re in the mall,this is always our first choice. Read more
Ceileac review: Best salmon ever. Had it with a wedge salad and side of creamy potatoes. They must have dill in this recipe and... it is fantastic!
