If I had looked at reviews for this place, I wouldn't have gone at all. The only two pretzel flavors I was actually interested... in weren't available, so I ended up trying a pretzel I didn't even want just to find out if it was better than Auntie Anne's ornot (it wasn't. In fact, the bottom of it looked charred), and supposedly one of them is only available on Saturdays?? Thatdoesn't seem like a smart business move to me. I got the feeling they're just lazy and don't like to make anything fresh. I gotthe wrong cheese AND the wrong change, and the only reason I didn't immediately go back to complain was that there was a linebehind me and I had to go two floors up to find somewhere uncrowded to even feel comfortable opening the bag. One of the twopeople working wasn't masked. I'm convinced they gave me the wrong cheese on purpose just because I couldn't understand what oneof them was saying. Read more
A little greasy, but they were delicious. Also, the lemonade was refreshing.
bad customer service. ordered two items, came out to $15. Only gave me the pretzel and accused of me of lying about getting a... lemonade. the pretzels were greasy, go to auntie anne’s instead. SCAMMED!! Read more
Waited for like .. ever only to be told that what was on display was all they had. Dough on the Dog was VERY raw. The pizza... bites were completely burnt and hard like hockey pucks. Read more
A bit overpriced for items. The strawberry lemonade was nice and refreshing. There are tables that you can sit at not too far... away. An okay snack in between shopping. Read more
Very good customer service, but the dog bites were terrible, not fresh at all. I stopped at 12:45 thinking lunch hour food is... fresh. The bites were crusty and dry, the dogs rolled up were dried out. I didn’t have time to go back to complain. Read more
Just a bunch of children standing around behind the counter. I don't mind waiting, I understand just fine it takes time to make... pretzels. Dog bites were not available and I was asked if we'd be willing to wait 15-20 minutes for them to be made. We agreedand as you can see by the receipt times we waited more then 20 minutes. We stood right in front of the food stand the entiretime and no one ever called us over to say our order was ready. So when we went back to the counter to be quoted another 20minutes we were furious and demanded the refund. No appollogy, just a give them a refund to make them leave attitude. No softpretzel is worth their poor attitude. There's plenty of other pretzel opportunities at MoA. Never going back. Read more
Worst customer service. The Lady I had was rude and the prices are outrageous. $5.40 for a medium drink. It cost me $22 for 3... drinks and bag of pretzels that tasted like cheep pancakes. Never eating here again. Read more
