I ordered chicken masala a few times and the flavors are amazing. Good food, great people, reasonable prices. I would give 5... stars except for the hair in my food. I found 1 long hair and continued to eat because I figured although it's gross, ithappens. I pulled a 2nd long hair out and was apprehensive but darnit, I'm greedy and didn't want the trouble of returning orwasting my food. I removed a 3rd long hair. This time it was from my mouth and I finally gave up and threw the food out. I hopethis a a fluke and they'll be more cautious about handling hair in food prep areas. May sound nuts but I'm gonna give themanother try because the food really is delicious. Read more

Good food, very friendly service but basic interior. A bit disappointed with the hummus... First time I've had runny hummus!

I got the malai kofta which is basically like kofta curry! It was excellent, i recommend the mild as even the mild is spicy... ????? but you need the raita to complete the dish! Definitely enjoyed will be back again Read more

This place is awesome. It's real, authentic Indian food done very well. They have a mix of meat and vegetarian dishes, there... seems to be something for everyone. Their hummus and babaganoush appetizers are delicious. Butter chicken, chicken Tikka masala, and lamb Adana kabàb are all delicious meat options, and the palak paneer (spinach and cheese), Malai kofta (fried potato andvegetable balls in spicy sauce) and Daal Makhani (lentils in sauce) are outstanding vegetarian dishes. They really do everythingwell, I can't recommend this place enough. So nice that there's finally a good Indian restaurant in Bloomsburg! Read more

Best Indian food I have had in decades. The naan is out of this world and everything has that authentic home-cooked feeling.... Owner was very nice and accommodated all of my admittedly picky requests. I ate at one of Manhattan?s best Indian restaurantsliterally 2 days before and this restaurant has far better food. I was legitimately blown away by the naan and have never tastedsuch good naan in my decades of eating authentic Indian food from my mom and local shops in Canada, NYC, and a few other areas. This place is worth the drive. Found out my order was all wrong when I got home. Definitely not baba ghanoush!! The person taking the orders unfortunately... couldn?t sound more disinterested in being on the other end of the phone. Spoke to the owners son, he was very kind andapologetic and will refund the money. (He kept his word) As for the food, to be completely honest that quality has gone downsignificantly over the last six months. The flavors and quality is not what it was when they first opened and the food is nowjust spicy but not really flavored. Read more

Edited to add: Photo of Chicken Tikka Masala We ordered several things: Cheese Naan Chicken Tikka Masala Chana Masala Samosa... Chaat Vegetable Chaat Falafel Platter First, we called when everyone else in town called to place orders. So, we ended upwaiting about an hour and a half total from ordering to paying for it. That said, everything we ate was absolutely fantastic. I can not say enough wonderful things. I believe everything is made in house. I did specifically ask about the hummus and thefeta cheese. Both of those are made in house. The feta cheese was the best feta I've ever tasted personally. It had adelightful earthy taste. The salad with my falafel platter was a little bit small. (I'm not even complaining here. But, thefeta was so good that I didn't want to share with my son.) The cheese naan with the hummus was just so so good. We loved theChana Masala, and the Chicken Tikka Masala. Even the littlest person in the house tasted everything. (He also housed myfalafel and my salad.) I ended up waiting in the restaurant for a little bit while they were finishing up my order. I may havegone home with an order of dough balls soaked in a sweet syrup and pistachios. Both the little guy and I loved those. Just ahint of the pistachio taste on the back end. So So Good! I hope they are able to keep this level of quality up in the future. I will happily (well, not happily... But, not angrily either) wait for an hour and a half for that quality and level of food astake away. We are so very glad they've opened in Bloomsburg. I hope they are here for a long long time. Read more
