I use the drive thru each time and have no trouble. Quick and very friendly.
Bought 2 original chicken sandwich s and the buns had green mold on them.... disgusting!! But the manager corrected the problem... without hesitation. Needless to say..we will not be eating here again. Read more
What kind of a place are you guys running here!!! Employees are constantly being discriminated against by supervisors. The... management in this place are extremely unprofessional. Heard an employee ask about getting her bonus that she was entitled tofor being there for a year and the manager yelled "oh yea I'll just take it out of my pocket". Employees are also being mentallyabused by management. There being called all kind of hurtful names that I can't write on here. I'm honestly absolutelydisgusted. This place needs investigated immediately!!! I'm honestly surprised with how badly the employees are being treatedthat there isn't already a lawsuit on them yet. Read more
Assistant Mgr was " tired ". And when a customer came in and asked if a friend was working, she yelled back at the top of her... lungs to the employee to come out to the front. Very unprofessional. New employees must learn proper food rotation and the boss must ensure it's followed. The bun on my burger was well past it's... best by date. Did I see the package? No. Due to past experiences with the Burger King chain and as a bun eater for many years Ithink I know old bread when it's in my face. It was not bun soft at all, it actually crumbled as I handled it for the firstbite. Just be careful, please. I no longer cook, ever, I expect it to be correct Everytime I pay someone else to doit.
