I had a big order and the order came quick and was correct.
Was denied food to eat because I didn?t have a mask. This place is terrible. They were mumbling things under their breath. These... people don?t even wear masks themselves outside of that place so what?s the difference? This isn?t China, I?ll just give adifferent business my money. Read more
So the same thing happened to me as Loretta Bennett. Was just waiting in line and this older, red haired lady with glasses is... staring at me. Finally get to the front and immediately walks up and says she can't serve me cause I don't have a mask. I askedif they can provide one, and she couldn't. Understandably, I walked to the bookstore and got a mask and came back. Then Iordered and she served 6 people behind me before I got my order. Then when I got it, she smirked at me and said "sorry it tookso long" very sarcastically. I then asked for a cup of water and she said they don't have water. Then also didn't give me thesauces I wanted. Terrible customer service and so petty. I suggest the manager talk to this worker, she just seems to be bitterabout people not wearing masks, even though I didnt no it was a requirement to begin with. Read more
Food was okay. Cold fries of course. So an older woman running the show behind the counter was staring at me in line and talking... to a person about me ,I think but didnt call me out of line THEN but when I finally got to the counter, 12 min later, she said Ican't serve you, you have no mask. I said, you were staring at me, talking about me but waited 12 min til I got in front of youonly to refuse me service??? HOW IGNORANT!!! Because my son really wanted this food, I went into the campus store & purchased 2.Went back in line for another 10 min then got my cold food!! I get the mask thing but it was a restaurant, where like 15 pplhad no marks on because they were eating!! Read more
