Visiting From Texas. Stopped in to get Donuts, Bagles, Coffee, & Drinks for a Family Get-to-gether. They REFUSED to Serve us.... Said we need to order on-line. They were the Rudest people I've delt with in Years. You wonder why people loose it, and dostupid things? Read more
Was just here, ordered a bacon egg and cheese Sandwich and got a sausage. I asked for a vanilla frosted donut and got chocolate.... I don?t think it should be that hard to read off a screen considering I worked at a Dunkin. Read more
I had a mobil order and I went inside as I needed to use the bathroom. They were blocking the door by a metal stand where they... put orders. I asked a lady to use the bathroom as I was in a driving trip for five hours, she asked the manager and the managersaid NO. She told me to go to the gas station, I am not familiar with the area and when I get there, it was a small gas stationwith NO bathroom. I kept searching until I found Giant. We had to go back as we , unfortunately did already order. We had towait a very long time in the line. At the window, there were many employees and they were laughing and talking. If they weredoing their job, I guess the movement will be faster. What is more my hot coffee cup was filed less than the half of the cup. Ifelt the cup so light when the lady handed to me. After leaving, I stopped to check my cup and it was less than the half cup.Very disappointed. Read more
Ordered walk in arrived and there were signs on the door saying the lobby was closed. Unable to pick up my order. Last week I... ordered a macchiato and waited twenty minutes in the lobby. A woman walked in and was greeted and got her order almostimmediately. I waited another 5-8 minutes then told an employee no mobile orders were tended to in the near 30 minutes I waswaiting. She asked me my name then went back and made other orders. I had to leave for work so I left without my macchiato. Read more
Horrible, after waiting in line for 30 minutes they forgot our doughnut, and sandwich is so burned it?s barley edible. The... cashier gave me attitude when I had to ask twice for straws and then threw them into my car. Read more
Why in 2022 am I having to give someone else my phone for Apple Pay? The service is beyond slow. They have you wait at the drive... thru window for 5 mins before anyone Helps you. Latest Update: You can not go in unless you have a mobile order, I have recentlyseen several 5-6 employees standing around laughing when the line looks like this: It took 42 mins same line at Starbucks 20mins, Service is still slow after years of this it never ends. Annoyed because i watch everyone get their drink when i was way before them girl told us they were making my drink it was a... small hot chocolate and they never brought it up i stayed for over 25 mins and watched everyone leave i paid for it and justended up leaving. Read more
