Worked 12+ hours and decided to order some food for dinner. Also ordered a M&M's Brownie desert ($4.12w/tax) as of this post. ... Got home and it wasn't in the bag. Unfortunate but not a huge deal. I attempt to call the number listed on Google and theirwebsite which doesn't even work. Have to search the main website for any number that can assist me. Finally find it, callcustomer service and wait for 30 minutes to talk to someone who takes my information and informs me the "franchisee" will haveto call me and issue refund. Never happens. All this for $4? You can keep it. I'll never go there again. Terrible customerservice and you'll be jumping through hoops if they forget your food. Read more

I ordered the Call Of Duty Combo online and i was supposed to get a code for in game bonuses on my receipt and i never got one,... I tried calling them on the phone about it and their phone is off, how does a pizza place not have a working phone is beyond me.I had to drive all the way over there and the lady working there who was probably the manager was extremely rude to me and theother employee working there. She refused to give me a new code for the call of duty combo for the in game promotion even thoughi paid for it. She got a major attitude with me and i was very offended. HORRIBLE customer service. Other then cheap pizza everything else sucks! Don't bother calling. Phone never works. Hope to god you don't need to call to... change something or cancel cuz you'll never get through. It's as people that shop at Walmart suddenly got jobs at Little Caesarsand basic life skills or basics on running a business just float out the door. Read more

This was a disaster. I really understand being short staffed, but that's no excuse to not be willing to fix their mistake. I... received undercooked pizza, I even tried to call to see what could be done. They unplugged their phones, even the manager saidthey did after I tried to call to sort this issue. I arrived at the store to fix the problem, had to bang on the door for 5minutes straight while a short woman claiming to be a manager stared at me, then finally answer the door and I begin to explainmy problem. She walks away and a larger woman also claiming to be a manager started to berate and belittle me at the door for myorder being wrong. Then she outright tried to claim the store was closed, as they were still making and receiving orders. Whatkind of service is this? It's not my fault the pizza was undercooked. I just wanted my order fix, and the whole time I waswaiting, the larger woman kept making snide comments to herself about my order and how she had to remake it. Maybe if it wasproperly cooked and CHECKED before it went out, you wouldn't be forced to remake it. Guess I'll be calling little Caesarscustomer service to see if anything can be done about the absolute rude treatment of customers at this store. Read more

After telling the one employee that I wanted a Hot-n-Ready pepperoni, he asked if I meant the $5.99 one. I explained that I just... wanted a $5 Hot-n-Ready pepperoni pizza, and the manager on duty informed me that the new owners decided to raise the prices ofClassic Hot-n-Ready from $5 to $5.99, and they alsi raised the pruce of the Extra Most Bestest by a $1. I looked up at thedisplayed menu and saw white paper Scotch taped over the original prices, with hand-written new prices. Not sure if LittleCaesar's Pizza corporate/headquarters would allow this even in one of their franchises; especially since the advertising allover USA & Canada is "$5 Hot-n-Ready". I had enough time to type this before receiving my Hot-n-READY pizza, despite me beingthe onlu customer during my whole visit. Read more
