One worker was working his tail off. We slipped him a $10 bill because he was working by himself. It was ridiculously hot in... there....at least 80°. It was filthy. The soda area had not been wiped down in what seemed like days. All the sodas were outof syrup except for the diet sodas. There were trays stacked everywhere. I realize there is a shortage of staff, but theyhonestly should not have opened if they cannot keep up with basic cleanliness. Read more
Place is always closed. And when it is open you?ll wait 30 mins to even order. They like to say they are short staffed and then... you see 5 people just standing around in the back while the food bar is out of half the options. Also the animal meat productcross contamination is insane. Read more
Unprofessional employees, lukewarm food, always out of something. You're better off going to the walmart across the street and... getting a frozen meal. Every time I go to this location, I leave incredibly disappointed. They're regularly out of basicstaples (chicken, veggies, beans) and even if they do have them, they're not warm when served. I've probably eaten a cold bowlor burrito 2 or 3 times from this location. The employees are absolutely unprofessional, often joking around or paying noattention to the customers until far too long. I had an experience waiting 30 minutes to be greeted and build my burrito becausethe employee was talking to a customer who was also his friend. I emailed corporate about the issues i've had with this store,and the store manager was kind enough to email me back and told me to give him a call. I called the number provided 5 minutesafter he emailed me, and the employees told me that he wasn't even at the store to take the call. I emailed him back to let himknow, and he didn't email me back. Awesome grub! Spicy Chicken is crazy good. Portions good too, defeated this fat guy! (I got dinner now) Staff was upbeat and... smiled but I can tell they were under pressure, in today's world that's the norm. I just had the most wonderful experience at the Moe's in Buckhorn, PA. Casey was so energetic, caring, helpful, and patient. I... had a somewhat large order and the team was efficient and careful with the food. It was delicious and my family is satisfied!!Thank you so much Casey and Jay for what you do everyday! There was a wait of about 30 minutes before I was waited on. I wanted to get a chicken bowl, but everything was about out with... no one replenishing the food bar. While trying to make a chicken bowl, they were out of more then what I wanted added to mymeal. Then I have to pay full price for a half a chicken bowl. Being this locations just opened, I was expecting the place tobe busy, but also meet the demand of the public wanting to order food. The amount you get for price is so disappointing. I can count how many pieces of meat they put on. They always forget to put the... sour cream that is supposed to be on every bowl, and the amount you get is about half a teaspoon, and is the same size you getfor the guac, which you actually have to pay for. They charge you for ice water when even Starbucks doesn?t charge for it. Somegrains of rice were hard and crunchy. They put more toppings than the ?base items? (meat, rice, and beans). I felt like I waseating a veggie bowl. Definitely overpriced; go to Chipotle where they actually fill up a bowl for the same price, or evenless.UPDATE: there has been more meat and fillers in the bowls at times, it?s hit or miss. I haven't eaten here. I'm a delivery driver. The floors are always sticky. I hate going anywhere near the drinks station. The... place is very popular but I can't get past those dirty floors. I won't try it. Read more
