Construction made it tough to enter, but for me I always loved their pizza so I'll climb a mountain ????
The hoagies are amazing. The bread is fresh and the toppings were delicious. The only suggestion is to wrap it with more than... 1 sheet of paper. One sheet isn't enough for these big delicious hoagies :) Read more
I wanna start this by saying Naps is usually top notch food, but this time around was sub par. All we ordered was a big mouth... burger with extra patties and a cheese pizza. We got the food and thought there was already a problem with the big mouth seeingas tho we had ordered extra meat and it only came with 2 extra patties (4 come normally, we got clarification but it only gotworse). After starting to eat, getting my pizza out of the box it was no where near hot, probably closer to room temp. Then whenit came to the big mouth burger, it was still pink in spots and you could pull the uncooked from the cooked (once again, thishas never happened before when we've ordered). I eat here all the time when i come into town and never had anything negative to say until this time. The cheesesteak was... oversaturated with grease to the point the bread was falling apart and they didn't add any of the toppings i asked for. Sidenotethe girl that answered the phone didn't seem to want to do her job. But the delivery guy was very polite ! Read more
