We have been coming to this restaurant for 15 years. They have lost us as customers. This is the 2nd time in a row where our... online order was completely messed up, and their service recovery was non-existent. Several weeks ago we placed an order. Thefries were missing for both meals. I called up, and the "manager" said to drive back up and they would issue a credit - howeverthat would be another 45 minute drive. So he took my name and address, and I was supposed to get a gift card to make up for themissing orders. I never received the card. We tried one more time tonight. I explicitly typed "blue cheese containers fordipping" for both meals, and for one of them even checked the radial button and had to pay extra for the blue cheese - guesswhat - no blue cheese. Even worse, my order of wings was supposed to have mild sauce - when I opened the box the wings werebarely cooked, there was NO SAUCE, and they were floating in a vat of grease. pic attached. The fries were mushy as thoughthey had been sitting out forever - and that was when I picked it up (on time), Their order accuracy is deplorable (n=2), andthe preparation was awful. Although the outside has seen much better days and is in near abandoned condition that's compounded by it being located deep in... a mostly closed mall, the interior is surprisingly still well maintained and vibrant. The decor is fun and lively andconsistent with what you would expect of this once popular and well touted restaurant. The hostess was pleasant and readilyavailable as was the service. We ordered a variety of food for lunch and all of it came out in a timely manner, fresh and tasty. The portions were ample and will priced and I have to admit I enjoyed it. If you're an automotive enthusiast there's plenty tolook at and if you're with family it will keep them entertained as there's also games for kids. Don't let the location or theexterior dissuade you from stopping by as I think that it's still quite a local gem worthy of your visit your dollar and yourtime. I recommend it. Read more

I ordered the pretzels and beer cheese for take out and they were soooo good. Perfect size for a late night mini meal. The... location is great being right next to my hotel I could just walk there and pick up. The workers I dealt with were really niceand my food was ready in a timely manner. I'd definitely come back and to try something else from their menu. Also they gave mea twizzler with my order which was cute. Read more

What happened to this place? My friends and I would visit for wing night and a cold beer. I visited after the Bloomsburg fair... and this place just doesn?t seem to be the same. - No draft beer. Sign up saying out of service. - The selection of other beerand seltzer was nebulous but they do have Busch light. - The decor is dated. - The place was awkwardly warm?as if the coolingsystem isn?t working correctly. - No manager visible - we witnessed people walk in and back out, when they were directed to thebar and didn?t see seats. Even though, patrons were just waiting to close out from the bar and in just 1-2 minutes, those folkswho left could have been seated. Calling out to management, you are missing revenue because you need to help your staff withthe operation. What was good? - The wings were consistent?and if that?s all you care about, then a visit is worth it. - Thestaff was working hard. They were trying despite struggling without having the necessary tools. We overheard staff complainingof not having certain things amongst themselves but nevertheless, they were hustling and trying their best to servecustomers. This place has always been a go-to for great wings and it has been sad to see some of their locations close.
