Takes forever to get gas. Corners always blocked off by idling traffic.
Pulled in for gas with my RV trailer Sunday 6/26 and had the worst experience getting gas. This is a full service gas station... and limited space - NOT RV FRIENDLY. I tried to maneuver into line to get gas like I have done many times before at many othergas stations and each time the attendant yelled at me to move. After three times of moving I said to hell with this and wentnext door tot the Exxon station. As I was pulling out of the Pilot station, another RV'er was about to pull in, I tried tosignal him not to. As I was gassing up at the Exxon, they pull into Exxon also and he comes over to me and told me the same thathe had a horrible experience there and was going to report that attendant to management. Do not even attempt to go here. The lot has maybe 10 parking spots most are reserved. When you fuel there os no room to pull up... to go inside so it nothing but a huge cluster. It took me 45 min to just pull through and leave without getting fuel or anythingbecause the line was backed up blocking everything. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH THE EFFORT. Read more
It?s not about drink , food, or gas, that you shall need to find in stop in the middle of your trip, it?s about how nice the... people that you can meet in this place that can make your day. I stopped when I was rushing to washroom in the middle of my 4hours drive, and in my way out I wanted to grab a cup of coffee. I asked the nice lady which coffee is fresh, she said all arefresh, so I asked her which is best, she said I love the Columbian, I said ok I will get it myself. I realize this is not Loves and so no greeting may be had but it should be simply part of basic customer service and an... encouragement to customers to return. That said, the women's restroom had no soap and thankfully I carry my own. Upon enteringthe stall, proceeded to lock the door and was greeted by not the ORIGINAL locking mechanism. I personally pumped over $500.00 infuel and this is the best door replacement possible?! As I left I heard the two female cashier's standing at the register say'Oh no the boss is coming, try to look busy. ' Filthy fuel aisles. There's plenty to do! I had to spray my shoes down beforere-entering my truck. Animal pens look better. Won't stop here again. Read more
Parking lot extremely tiny 7 truck fuel lanes, one broken. Store has very little selection. Prices are exactly the same as they... are in any other pilot. Fuel is the highest I've seen yet From Tupelo. Parking lot very dim , Men's bathroom dirty, Showers OK.You will have to do laundry next door at their competition and also eat. September free items for drivers then they run out ofthem poorly managed I guess?? Read more
I always stop here get some quick gas and buy some tea or coffee which is always great coffee. It's a great place to grab a... subway sandwich and keep it moving. Must make this a stop!!! Read more
