No meat on the sandwich. Usually there is 8 pieces of ham. I got six. The cold cut combo meat was cut in half. Other subways... do not do this. Read more

Pieces of my lettuce were not fresh. The sandwich was okay other than that.

I always get the exact same thing at every subway so I thought I would change it up and get a simple hot ham and cheese sub... sandwich. They didn't have the orange American cheese so I had to get the shredded cheese. The girl only put approx 8paper-thin pieces of ham (same thickness as the little packs of budding ham)on the footlong and very little cheese. U couldn'teven really taste the ham or cheese because there was so little on such a thick bread. It was like eating a dry loaf of breadthat had sat out all night. They had one younger girl working who seemed to be trying her best she just took like 15 minutes toget to Making my sub because she had to keep having me wait while she put bread in the oven and refilled a bunch of stuff. Idon't know what all she was doing I just know I was left waiting for 15 mins while she did all of this stuff. She was trying butperhaps needed to prioritize or have a second person to help her. She was great just overwhelmed and possibly overworked. Idefinitely didn't get my money's worth it was 11.00 for the sub and I was very unimpressed. And won't return to this subway ororder thar again. Read more

We were traveling through on the interstate and placed a mobile order to pick up 30+ minutes later. Got to the store and was... given our order, went back to our truck and opened the sandwiches and all 4 were wrong. Wrong sauce on each, wrong toppings andone even had just chicken when we ordered chicken bacon and cheese. Worse was there was only 1 lady working who seemed very newon a Saturday evening. Had to wait another 30 minutes for her to fix our order and she was obviously flustered. Horrid thatthe management and owner would leave one employee to work a dinner rush Read more

Service was terrible ashley i think her name was, she was rude and smashed my sandwich with her arm had an attitude with my... brother. she forgot my double cheese and his double meat, i said little sauce she did 3 stripes. they had the worse attitudei?ve ever seen from a restaurant. not cool at all. Great food, great staff, great location (easy in & out) plus we used the Subway app to customize our sandwiches & wraps,... everything was perfect. Excellent choice for lunch or a quick snack. Read more

ordered online.. 40minutes a head of time.. Showed up the two girls did have customers. They asked what I wanted. I told them I... ordered online.. Employee slapped the receipt on the counter and said "well we have been busy and didn't make it".. It was justvery unprovoked rudeness.. I never said a word other than I was there to pickup an order. Don't offer the service if it's anissue won't use this restraunt again besides the fact they totally messed up the order.. Read more

My family of 5, had a wonderful experience at this subway location. Kudos to the 1 employee (Katelyn) for managing my order and... the entire store. She had a great attitude and work ethic, was efficient, and very personable. She should be recognized for ajob well done. I am not sure why she was the only worker, but I walked away very impressed. In today's world, complaintsusually take precedence over compliments. I hope the district and local manager know what a great employee they have. Read more
