It's a Jack's. They are a good Jack's. Jack's could be a bit better on the burger side. And way to much trash per meal.
Awful experience. Cashier was dirty and wearing a hoodie and baseball cap. Stated, "what do you want and what else". This was... when we approached the counter. She shifted weight from foot to foot like she was being bothered. Ordered chicken salad andhad three hard slices of chicken and hardly any other toppings. Very disappointed. Appeared to have only a bunch of kidsrunning the place and they were very unprofessional and unfriendly. Read more

This one in Blountsville folks were nice and food fresh!! HOWEVER the one in Gardendale was horrible, employees were put out we... ordered food. 2 hours prior to closing and food was not fresh. They were wanting to close early... $31 for cold food andattitude! Read more
I wish I could do no star. Every time I go out there they mess my order up. Literally almost EVERYTIME. The food isn?t as good... as it use to be. Fries with no seasoning and iced coffee that tastes like straight up milk or water with a hint of coffee in it.I got coffee out there this morning and will not be getting it there again or going back.
