The Rogersville Tennessee Location is Absolutely Nasty!! Spilled Food all over the Floor, Dirty Tables, Food from previous... diners underneath the tables, Food all over the seats. Spilled food particles on the Salad Bar, the Floor surrounding the SaladBar. Dirty Dishes at previous tables just left sitting to the open air, Flys running rampant.The Chick who was constructingPizza Boxes a Heavy set chick with glasses constructed the pizza box on her stomach not the outside of the box, but the insidewhere your pizza goes...on her Dirty Shirt or Apron..Do yourself a Favor Run from this location this was the worst I'd seen in along time..I hope we don't get sick from eating there. The salad bar was nasty as well as the floor. Food all over the salad bar and floor. Worst I have ever seen.

Rogersville TN is the WORST. We ordered a supreme pizza, it was delivered AFTER they'd already closed. We got a sausage pizza... and it was cold. We called to complain, were told a district manager would be there the next day. We called the next day and gotlied to again. So we call that evening, explain what happened. We are suppose to be comped subs. Guess what, no delivery and noone answers the phone. So I'm hoping their corporate office will read this and do something about them and make it right.Doubtful, but can't hurt to try. Read more

Well the past few times I have visited the plus in ROGERSVILLE, Tn has been a let down. Today has topped it off. We couldn?t... call to order our food, so we go to the plus to order- the phone is off the hook and the chick at the counter had the nerve tosay well the other one is on so I don?t know what to tell you!
