Sat for over ten min. No service so we left to eat elsewhere

I am a frequent diner at Blu! The food is always great and the drinks and atmosphere are fun.
I wouldn't go there to eat again. Embassy suites used to have a great restaurant but this one is horrible
Good food, fast service, great decor
For bar food or was really good. Potato skins were fantastic-perfectly crunchy. Chicken quesadillas were very tasty and... guacamole was pretty good. Fish sandwiches was on a brioche bun and huge. Could only eat half. Very enjoyable. Our wait personwas extremely attentive without being intrusive. Kept all liquids filled. Read more
