I had just returned from San Antonio the night before where I had eaten at some highly rated bbq joint on the riverwalk.... Meh.... So I took my baby out for a ride and we stumbled across this place and we gave it a try. We went with the "JudgesSampler" with sides of mac and cheese, cucumbers and onions, beans, and slaw. It was very good and the meat was out good qualityand quantity. Several sauces to select from and a roll of towels at the tables. I will be back. Read more
Relatively high prices especially on sides. Good quality pulled pork - almost ok value for price
As a Southerner, it was a decent try, now I'm sure Yankees love this place but I've never seen a Southerner move north for bbq,... their only saving grace for me was Cheerwine in the glass bottle Read more
ordered lunch last week-- pulled chicken sandwich with a side of slaw. It was fantastic. So good, in fact, that I ordered the... smoked chicken breast sandwich for lunch today. Great quality food, excellent service. It's nice to have a great locationlike this so close to where I work. Read more
Bbq was great, loved the seasoning and side dishes. Their hot sauce goes well with everything in the menu.
Excellent. Delicious food, appealing atmosphere, helpful staff, and brilliant service at this location. Liked that they had... several different flavors of BBQ to help yourself to. Will I come back when I?m in the area, sure! I like the portions and the place has character. Was I wowed, no. The brisket was... dry and sausage was basic. The fixins were bland too, as if the food was made by a choice of a business committee where it justwas as easy to get the food from a local Kroger and enjoy it the same. Read more
