This was such a great little restaurant. The decorations were so nice; servers were super attentive. We tried the mushroom... dolsot and the jabchae (the glass noodles). While the jabchae was amazing, it was hard to pick up. The Korean metal pointychopsticks they used are much smoother than the typical Chinese wooden square-ish type. I?ve been using chopsticks since I was atoddler and still had a hard time. Luckily, the serving size is big and I didn?t have as big of an issue when I took it home.Opinion: Don?t order this if you?re trying to look good/cool, stick with the dolsot. Also, expensive but very worth it. Edit:went a second time and it was even better. Adding pictures. Dug into the fish before remembering to take pictures. Read more

I have had Dolsot Bibimbops before but I must say this was one of the most delicious I?ve had. We were also treated to some... wonderful attention by the owner. He provided some stories about the origination of the dish some stories about his family andit just made our visit very very special. We will all be back. Read more

At the time of writing this review I have nearly 40 million views of my photos and 250 reviews (pretty much all restaurant... reviews). It's safe to say that I may know what I'm talking about. Do yourselves a favor and go eat at Dolost Bistro. Aculinary delight accompanied by a tranquil atmosphere with top notch service The stone bowel dishes were incredible and thespicy pork bulgogi was DIVINE! It's one of the only restaurants I wish I could give a 6 star review. Simply AMAZING. We werehonored to be served by the owner who is also the chef, he took the time to not only prep every dish but also carefully explainwhat every dish was. A day later and my mouth is drooling just thinking about last night. And for those seeking a job in theservice industry. Trust me, to apply there. Family owned, wonderful, kind and hard working people. Out ticket was over $100for three of us so your tips will be good if you provide good service. If you've read this far that's good because THE MOSTIMPORTANT takeaway is that you MUST order dessert. And if I wasn't so tired I would remember what the special homemade dessertis called, but I call it "A bowl of Paradise". I'm sure they will know exactly what to bring you! I wish I lived closer, thiswould be a regular spot for me! Read more
