They kept advertising the beefy crunch sandwich incessantly the last few days. I tried one and it was good. Half a sandwich was... $9 so a little pricey but you get a lot. I ate half of my half. I was the only one in the shop so I was served immediately andeverything was fresh. The workers were courteous and friendly. Will go back and try another sandwich. I prefer Jimmy John's tosubway. Thumbs High! ???? Read more

Freaky fast? Don?t hold your breath. Been waiting 20 min since I arrived for a pickup order that I placed online well before I... arrived. Update: and my order was wrong. When I went in to get it fixed, the woman at register insisted the error was myfault because I didn?t say anything in the ?special instructions? about wanting my sandwich to be made in the way that the menusays it comes. Just a trash experience all around. Avoid like the plague. Read more

I walked in and the male employee working the register was going off how the management was trash and not treating him right?..... loudly and right in front of me. They were out of tuna for my first of 6 subs so I just walked out. Read more

I enjoy Jimmy Johns food and customer service. However Today visiting the blue ash location on kenwood rd. I entered and was not... greeted for over 6 minutes with me being the only customer. I thought originally the young lady associate was busy fillingonline orders and the older male manager was getting boxes from the back room. I finally stand directly in front of the registerand about to leave when the manager says I?ll help you when your ready. I replied that I was ready and waiting to be greeted andto place my order. The manager then argues with me that because I was on My cell phone he was going to ignore me until I hung upthe call. I advised that even if I was on my cell that when a person walks in common courtesy is to greet and say hello. Thensay let me know when your ready to order. Not ignore them for over 5 minutes. He continued to argue and I advised I would leaveand just take my business some where else. The manager then said we?ll leave then. I leave, go across the street to Qdoba. Ididn?t want that but I?m pregnant and had to finally eat. Overall really disappointed in the service and really wanted the foodbut refused to support disrespectful service. Read more

Freakishly fast has become freakishly dumb! My office is 3 BLOCKS from the restaurant (0.3 miles to be exact), but they choose... to deliver me LAST! I could easily walk there but choose to pay a delivery fee and give a tip. What sense does it make tochoose the person furthest away and deliver them first and make EVERYBODY wait as long as possible for their food? This hashappened last time I ordered, and again today. When I called the restaurant last time I was told "the driver decides his ownroute". You don't let an 18 year old kid make your business decisions. Today my food showed "out for delivery", and almost 40minutes later showed up at my door. So it took you 40 minutes to get the food 3 blocks. I used to get my orders in 10 minutesat my door, and now it's averaging an hour an 15 minutes. I called the restaurant today, and it just rang-and-rang-and-rang. So they decided to just not answer the phone today too. There is no need for your canned response of "reach out to corporate"because I will do that as well. You just need to get with your drivers and come up with a better plan of how many people youare going to tick off today? All of them or maybe just half if you rerouted deliveries? Read more

Horrible! The price menu clearly stated the price of a sub however when we went to ring out - a large sandwich on the board... stated 11.99 and the price that was rung up - $15.99. The manager informed me that the price has changed but the owner did notchange it on the board. I started laughing and said - thank you but no thank you. *** DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION ???? Read more
