2nd time I've ordered from this location and have been disappointed. 2nd time they've forgotten a bowl from the order, and this... time, I get a burrito that isn't event put together properly. This is the first time I have actually dined this location. And after reading other reviews I understand what people mean by... saying the manager is absolutely horrible. The way she treated the employees by screaming and being so unprofessional made mywhole dining experience uncomfortable. The food was OK but the atmosphere made me eat quickly and leave. Read more
AVOID KENWOOD LOCATION. Used to be great, but maybe there are new employees or new management or something. I had a curbside... order. It?s usually ready and brought out to me as soon as I pull up (without needing to call). I usually see my order ready togo from my car, and this time was no different. It was sitting there ready right behind the counter as soon as I pulled up tothe door. I waited 5 minutes, then waited 10 minutes. Called 3 times with no answer. Watched multiple people go in and walk outwith their food. Wasn?t even busy. I waited for 25 minutes before I went in and grabbed my food myself. What added insult toinjury was me watching multiple employees walking around as if they had nothing to do.
