2nd time I've ordered from this location and have been disappointed. 2nd time they've forgotten a bowl from the order, and this... time, I get a burrito that isn't event put together properly. This is the first time I have actually dined this location. And after reading other reviews I understand what people mean by... saying the manager is absolutely horrible. The way she treated the employees by screaming and being so unprofessional made mywhole dining experience uncomfortable. The food was OK but the atmosphere made me eat quickly and leave. Read more
AVOID KENWOOD LOCATION. Used to be great, but maybe there are new employees or new management or something. I had a curbside... order. It?s usually ready and brought out to me as soon as I pull up (without needing to call). I usually see my order ready togo from my car, and this time was no different. It was sitting there ready right behind the counter as soon as I pulled up tothe door. I waited 5 minutes, then waited 10 minutes. Called 3 times with no answer. Watched multiple people go in and walk outwith their food. Wasn?t even busy. I waited for 25 minutes before I went in and grabbed my food myself. What added insult toinjury was me watching multiple employees walking around as if they had nothing to do. We?ve eaten here a few times over the years and it was good. My neighbor used them for a kids birthday party and the food was... great so we did the same for a larger graduation party. It was perfect for the mix of people, tastes, and allergies. It?s likecatering out of the box (chaffing trays, sterno, etc). Great quality, taste, and price! Read more
I often frequent Qdoba at other locations in Greater Cincinnati. All wonderful. I literally only get a burrito of black beans... and white rice. Nothing else at all because of allergies. The other locations find a way to charge less than full pricebecause the burrito is smaller than my very small hand and is simply black beans and white rice. The Manager here at Blue Ashcharged me a full priced vegetable burrito. When I questioned it, she said there is no way to fix it and (sorry about my luckbut I must pay full price). She said she doesn't eat meat either and no location gives you a discount.....which I told her was not true....every single Qdoba I've ever been to has and every single Chipotle I have ever been to has. So, I just paid over$11 for a very tiny black bean and white rice burrito and a bag of chips. My comment for Qdoba from a High School Teacher whohas to watch every dime,I could have gotten 3 of my meals at Chipotle for the same price! Well overpriced for what I receivedand hard to believe you can only charge for full burritos when it's literally just black beans and rice. You can see the size ofthe burrito in the picture attached and I have very small hands. The extra star is only because the bag of chips was full(albeit a bit greasier than the other locations). I also attached a picture of my burrito on a single napkin next to my Rewardscard for perspective. I literally just paid more for this than a full sit down meal at some nice restaurants! This is one of my favourite places to have salads. They have the best grilled adobo chicken which especially makes one not get... bored of eating a salad, from the beginning till the end. ???? Dont bother go to chipolte. Says dine in and have to hear that they are doing only online ordering because of staff shortage.... Pay your people more and you would find help. Went right to the competition and guess what got right in no problem Read more
