I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe (Colorado Springs) and was so excited to see that they have locations in OH. This store however... lacked customer service 101 at least on that day (greetings). I was there to pick up an order and introduce my friend to theseamazing smoothies however she never got the chance due to lack of customer service. We were never acknowledged as we stood atthe register for more than 5 minutes. I understand that it can be busy however we were the only 2 in the cafe and a simple helloor I'll be right with you would have been suitable. If I didn't have to pick up an order I would've walked out. Read more
I eat at the Tropical Smoothie Cafe just about everyday! I love my Blueberry Bliss and the food is so good I crave it all day... everyday!! You want something good and nutritious this is the place with so many various foods and smoothies to choose from! This was my first ever visit to a Tropical Smoothie Cafe. And I was overwhelmed with the service as well as the smoothie that I... got. Smoothie options are super interesting, healthy sounding so it?s difficult to choose one. But I went with the Blimey Limeoption and really loved it. My friends tried other options and they were also all good. Will definitely have to visit this placemore for trying rest of the smoothie items in the menu. Good place to stop by for refreshing after your trail and hike inSharon woods. Definitely won?t be a disappointment. Read more

It was my first time at this location. I was not completely satisfied with my experience because the wrap I usually get ( Hummus... veggie wrap) was apparently cold. The veggies, lettuce, and beans where falling off before the wrap made it to the table. Iprefer how the make it at the Eastgate location. I don?t think the wrap was folded tight enough and it was cold. I got thesunshine smoothie which it was delicious. I love to try new ones on every visit. Recommendation for the lady who builds the wrapplease be consistent, make it well, and smile it does cost a dime. Read more
I am reaching out regarding the treatment I received at you Blue Ash, Ohio (Reed Hartman HWY) locations. I ordered a bahama... mama and it tasted very watery and lacked flavor. I told the worker there that the smoothie tasted bland- she offered toremake it by adding more ice. I advised her that this was not a good solution because the smoothie obviously lacked flavor andadding ice would make it worse. She did not listen and proceeded to pour the smoothie that I had already left the store withand drank out of- back into the blenders that she used to make other orders. This is obviously nasty for various reasons, butconsidering we are still in a pandemic, she should have had the common sense to not put a contaminated smoothie back into theblender which is an obvious health violation. She also refused to refund the smoothie. Corporate is also taking forever toresolve the issue. I would recommend going to any location EXCEPT for this one. Read more
