Used to be our favorite place for Chinese now they are not open for eat in service which is carrying it too far now. So we got... takeout fried dumplings were hard as a rock and the crispy noodles were in a bag so small , why bother and we got a container ofduck sauce smaller than a shot glass and no packages the main meal was ok but I’m afraid jack has lost a good customer. Very poor quality , We ordered on 3-29-21 having guests over for dinner and having ordered many times in the past over the years... I took the 8 mile drive the food was the worst Chinese that I have ever had. The cashew chicken had soggy cashews & nothingthat resembled chicken. For almost 20 years I have been eating here. The food and service has always been good. Yesterday it was terrible! The shrimp... with snow peas was very dry and the pork fried rice was burnt. When I called they said, "please call tomorrow when the owner ishere". When I called today, all they did was tell me how good they are and kept saying "bring it back so I can show the chef". Not happening! So disappointing. They are a bit expensive so I think I need a new place to buy Chinese food! Read more

The food was not like it use to, they charge for everything, this is the first Chinese restaurant I went to that does not sell... white rice and Chicken together, I ask for that specific and was told i of to order separately because its a separate charge forthe white rice and a separate charge for the chicken wings. The wait time was not bad because I understand the pandemic When Iget the food, it have no taste, it seems like they just throw the noodles in the pot and pure one sauce over it. Favorite Chinese restaurant in the area! Friendly owners and staff. I have both eaten at the restaurant as well as ordered... take out many times. We are never disappointed. This may be a little pricier than some other Chinese restaurants, but you getmuch better quality food. It has been a while since they have been open, as I believe they have temporarily closed since thepandemic started. I hope they will come back soon or at least open up for take out! Read more

We ordered three main dishes and appetizers including egg rolls and wonton soup as take out. We spent $86 for the food and had... to throw away two of the main dishes (about $32 worth) because we couldn't eat them. Two of the main dishes were supposed tohave chicken but not sure what was in there because it didn't look like chicken or smell like chicken. I called the restaurantto ask what they could do about it and he told me the owner was in California. The owner would be back the following week. Iasked to speak with a manager and he said there wasn't anyone to speak too. How can you run a restaurant without someone incharge? That is just bad business policy. The food was over priced for the quality. I have had way better Chinese food. Wewill never eat here again. Very fast from time of order to leaving with my food! Egg rolls were hot but heavy on vegetables with little if any of meat or... seafood. The shrimp toast was excellent golden brown and crisp on the outside, tasty and moist inside with a decent amount ofshrimp. The sweet & sour was excellent and spicy but not too spicy. The General Tso's chicken, contained large pieces ofperfectly breaded and seasoned chicken, but the sauce was watery and week tasting. Same with the Scallops in garlic sauce, verywatery, no body to it with little taste other than spicy. Overall, dinner was ok, but not at the top of my list to order fromagain. Read more
