It's my first time to dine in this beautiful place. Lunch time and there's a good numbers of customers. My ordered was "Poke... ..." Tuna fish with brown rice and colorful veggies. The price was so reasonable. I will definitely come back and order the samething. Very healthy and has a good portion. Plenty of parking space. Wonderful people and friendly. Read more
Great ambiance is about the only thing going for it, based on our visit. The rude maître d (blonde woman) set things off poorly... from the get go - for us and multiple other parties stuck waiting in the foyer's awkward doors. Our waitress, while nice, didn'tknow the menu and forgot to provide silverware for the dinner and missed 2x requests completely (drinks, and fixing a verywobbly table). Finally, the 'ravioli special' was undercooked and swimming in an unappetizing cheese sauce. My wife enjoyed thebucatini. But we were both keen to get out sooner than later. // We had heard this used to be Blue Bell's secret spot forincredible Italian food. We will give it one more shot sometime in the future and I'll update my review accordingly. But untilthen, I'd suggest exploring elsewhere. Read more
Celebrated my birthday at Castello's. Had a great time. Food and drinks are excellent. Josephine made us her signature Espresso... Martini. It was delicious! This is definitely our favorite restaurant in town. Read more
Absolutely loved my experience. Our waitress knocked it out of the park. Very polite and professional. I ordered a glass of wine... from the menu, but it was out of stock. Our waitress apologized and was honest about why they did not have it. Great portionsfor the price. On my entree, it was not overloaded with pasta and had a nice balance of seafood. My husband and I had a terrible experience last night at the restaurant. We had a reservation but waited for 10 minutes at the... hostess stand (no hostess in sight) before being seated. Although the restaurant was crowded, we were seated in an area thatwas mostly empty and our server never came to our table. After 20 minutes or so, I saw a server point to our table and ahostess came over to fill our water glasses and bring bread. We asked her how much longer we would have to wait to orderdrinks, but she didn't know. We waited at the table for another 10 minutes before we gave up and left. I wanted to saysomething to the hostess on the way out, but she was missing again - another couple was waiting and told us they had beenstanding there for about 15 minutes. All in all, we were at the restaurant for more than 40 minutes and we never even met ourserver. Normally I would be willing to give the restaurant another chance since we live in the neighborhood, but the staff thatwe encountered were not even friendly or apologetic. I went to the restaurant for my girlfriend’s birthday and Madison S. served us. She was very attentive and kind, also... welcoming which is nice in a bit of a fancy setting. She was also really fun and engaging even though it was the end of thenight. Great atmosphere and friendly faces. Food was delicious, especially the coffee and dessert! Read more
Our first time in the new location. What a beautiful place. A lot bigger and brighter. Large bar area and even room for live... entertainment. Enjoyed the old place, but this is a total makeover. Even better were the food choices. Great portion for thesoup and salad. Fish entrees were fresh and tasty. Oh, and a BYOB for wine. Reasonably priced. Great ambiance in this space. Wildef be back.
