This place is a diamond ????. The gentleman at reception was so pleasant. The bartender was hilarious. It was the last call for... the kitchen, and he was super efficient. We had just come from a funeral, and we needed to laugh. They have a fantastic eventspace and hotel ????. Read more
This place is very beautiful and the food is good, just a little dry.
We had a wonderful experience here last night! In comparison to other restaurants in Newtown, Doylestown, New Hope, etc. this... is a new favorite & a great value as well. The terrace dining was perfect for a summer evening - relaxed & lovely atmosphere yetupscale. Our food was just phenomenal! I took a chance at the seafood special and was not disappointed. We typically get freshcatch down the shore so our expectations can be high! Our server, Nick, talked me into the flounder and it was one of the bestdishes I've ever had. The check-in for dinner was fantastic. We asked to be seated in the bar and they accommodated us without hesitation. Our waiter... on the other hand was a different story. He started well and then it went down from there. We had to go to the bar on multipleoccasions for drinks and had to ask about the wait for food. He said it takes forty-five minutes to be served dinner. Whendinner finally arrived he said we were lucky that it arrived in under forty-five minutes. Lots of competition out there. Great gathering spot for all, whether it's business or pleasure, or a family reunion there's plenty of room to spread out and... amenities abound. We enjoyed a curated meal of bean soup, beef short rib and salad. The soup was a little cold but still plentyflavorful. The short rib was very tender, I wished it wouldn't end.
