Great gathering spot for all, whether it's business or pleasure, or a family reunion there's plenty of room to spread out and... amenities abound. We enjoyed a curated meal of bean soup, beef short rib and salad. The soup was a little cold but still plentyflavorful. The short rib was very tender, I wished it wouldn't end. We had a wonderful experience here last night! In comparison to other restaurants in Newtown, Doylestown, New Hope, etc. this... is a new favorite & a great value as well. The terrace dining was perfect for a summer evening - relaxed & lovely atmosphere yetupscale. Our food was just phenomenal! I took a chance at the seafood special and was not disappointed. We typically get freshcatch down the shore so our expectations can be high! Our server, Nick, talked me into the flounder and it was one of the bestdishes I've ever had. The check-in for dinner was fantastic. We asked to be seated in the bar and they accommodated us without hesitation. Our waiter... on the other hand was a different story. He started well and then it went down from there. We had to go to the bar on multipleoccasions for drinks and had to ask about the wait for food. He said it takes forty-five minutes to be served dinner. Whendinner finally arrived he said we were lucky that it arrived in under forty-five minutes. Lots of competition out there. This is quite a large restaurant to accommodate the crowds from conferences they host. The bar selection was good, I... particularly enjoyed their house beer. We ate outside on their patio, which is very nicely landscaped and secluded from parkinglots and roads which is hard to find in this area. The food was delicious and had no issues with the service. Love it. Parking is easy. Literally right outside. Very helpful when you're on a date night and your Mrs is moaning about... walking in heels. The restaurant / dining area is really nice, clean and tidy. The staff are attentive and helpful. The food,that's good too, and the drinks. I had several. Wanted more, but will just make up for that next time. This place is an idealplace for a date night and even as a double date with friends. They had live music too. We will definitely be going back. The experience was great. From the host to the bartender to the server. The server was amazing. The pork chop was outstanding... for my gf. I got the lamb shank with creamy grits. It was cooked perfectly but lacked in taste. Overall the place was great.Give it only a 4 due to the lack of seasoning/taste on the lamb. Will go back again Read more
