Really strange experience tonight. We called in to order to go and the lady that answered the phone must be new or covering... someone's shift. We ordered a 'corner favorite' which on the menu is their Italian beef. She didn't know what this item was..after she asked someone else what the corner favorite is we were back to completing our order or so we thought. We were asked ifwe wanted lettuce and tomato on the sandwich which we opted for. We also asked for the giardiniera. We ordered pasta salad asthe side. Next up we ordered the plane Jane chicken sandwich. Another item while printed plane as day on the menu yet requiredanother question to figure out what this item is. Onion rings for the side on this item. We picked up our order and against ourbetter judgement we didn't check our food before leaving. The corner favorite Italian beef was completely void of anything weasked for. The side of pasta salad is served in a dipping sauce container barely 3 bites! The onion rings with our other entreehad a ton of onion rings. Not sure if they were just running low on pasta salad or if this is normal but it's prettyskimpy. There were no real issues with the plane Jane sandwich but the lettuce that came on the sandwich was wilted andbrowning so we pulled it off. Read more
Not very good service. We only had 1 hour and 15 minutes to eat. It took at least 15 minutes for the waitress to take our... order. I had to flag the waitress down to get the order, losing 15 minutes prior to that. After 30 minutes, I asked the statusof our order. Where again, I had to flag the waitress down to get the status. Due to the order taking too long we had to getthe order to go, which caused extreme frustration. The waitress's excuse was there was a table of 20 in the back, however,there was not really anyone else in the restaurant. This was a result of non-attentiveness of the waitress and lack of effortacross the board. Read more
