Terrible customer service. Not by the young person at the counter (who seemed new and just needed some guidance), but by the... bleach blonde older woman who was at the cook station. She was SCREAMING across the lobby at the cashier ( with customerswatching) asking what bagel I ordered and when the the cashier was too stunned to respond she screamed at ME and thought it wasokay if she just added ?honey? when addressing me. I told the cashier that she didn?t deserve to be spoken to that way. Therewas a nice younger man (tall, blond longer hair) that was very kind to her and helped her.
