Orderd a "hot and ready" pepperoni pizza payed then got told. It will be a 20min wait . The girl who took the order (sharone D )... is on the phone via head phones is just walking back and forth from the kitchen area to the lobby touching the window glass thenback to touching the food . Also telling who ever is on the phone that she be "giving all these customers attitude" afterwaiting about 23 mins she came out the the lobby and asked what I was waiting for as if she didn't just take my order. Idk why I keep giving this place a chance they got the soggiest pizza ever. Please go somewhere else
**UPDATE** I don't know if they changed management or whatever but this place looks dirty!!! If I had not ordered online, I... definitely would've taken my business elsewhere. Plus, the very nonchalant attitude of the woman behind the counter when Iquestioned why my pizza wasn't ready when I got the email stating that it was ready? "Oh, that's because the portal respondswith a time before we receive the order" she said. I expect my order to be ready when I've been given a time it would beready. Will not come here again. Really bad at their timing.. the service its good however idk who be working in the bacl bit it tales forever for them to give... you just a regular cheese or pep pizza ????.. This location is a big No-No don't go. There were three doordash drivers waiting for orders they told me they've been there for... 45 minutes. When asked why the wait was so long the cashier had an attitude, she was throwing stuff. All I wanted was some wingsI thought I could be in and out. They need to fire everybody today???? Read more
