My family has been going to this restaurant for over 25 years and the customer service has always been great, UNTIL RECENTLY. ... The lady that answers the phone is DISRESPECTFUL, UNPLEASANT, RUDE and SARCASTIC!!! I have NEVER received service like thisbefore at Mr. Chop Suey. As a businesswoman myself, I try not to post negative energy/ comments. I'm firm believer if u have nothing good to say , say... nothing. However in this case I have to say something. The person that takes ur order is very rude, obnoxious, disrespectful andignorant. I've given them 3 times to see if changes were made and it continues. Love the wonton soup. The lady in front is very nice. (A little loud) but nice. The Singapore noodles, Cantonese, shrimp, and... the wings, everything else is good too. I'm not into the fried rice as it lacks ingredients but anything else on the menu isgood! Read more
Ordered three combo lunch specials. The customer service was not the greatest. I wear a hearing aid and the Cashier was super... loud, had to turn down the sound. The beef tasted like an unknown meat and the gravy was gelatin. The egg rolls had mystery redpieces in there. The shrimp in the shrimp fried rice was not deveined. The vegetable fried rice was bland. I asked for twoorders of cream cheese Rangoon. When I got home the Rangoon had crab in there. If they did not offer the cream cheese rangoon,all they had to do was tell me instead of sell me! I even told the cashier I was a vegetarian, the beef dish was someone else'sbut they critiqued it for me. I would not order there again. Read more
