Food wasn't hot and fresh. I live in Florida and there's only one white castle that I'm aware of in the state. So, I was excited... to treat myself here while visiting family in the Chicago area. I do not recommend going to this location. I went through the drive through. I was shorted on my change and no matter how big or... small it is the customer should not be shorted. I had to ask for my receipt to find out that the employee did not give out 3receipts and he also did not ring in the correct amount of $ I handed to him, that he just rang up the amount of the bill.Employee hospitality for customer service to me was blah (poor). The food was good but every time we go to the one on 127th and western the wait time is ridiculously long always 25 to 30 mins, ... my son and a friend of mine used to manage that one at different times and I'm a long life resident in blue island and it wasnever like that before . Why is the wait time so long the food is exactly the same so why so slow?. Read more

Omg the burger was barely cooked. The bread was soggy because I asked for extra pickles and they didn't drain the pickle juice.... The fries and onion rings were OK but got cold really quick. Not going back unless I can get a fully cooked burger. Under cookedfood will kill you. Read more
