I just had a terrible experience here and I came home to write a review and I saw Steve Hall?s review below. I am the customer... he is referring to and honestly I could not have put it into better words. The whole interaction was very strange, we were beingvery respectful and just stating that the taste was a bit off ( I believe it was due to the machine) and basically we just had acouple of giggling girls tell us sorry no refunds. I have come to this location many times before but I do not think I will bereturning. I was in line an hour ago. A girl ahead of me said her frozen yogurt didn't taste the way it usually goes and she comes all the... time so obviously a loyal customer. The girl behind the counter (maybe 14 y) had no idea what to do except to start giggling -hoping the problem would just go away. When the customer asked if she could have something different the giggling started againand after some more awkward pauses she went for manager (also maybe 16) who told her there?s nothing wrong with the product andthere are no refunds. $13 for a bowl of frozen yogurt that probably cost a few bucks. Pricey and tastes good but it?s weighed so the more you put the more you?ll be charged. Be ready to pay if you add more... toppings. I like that you can mix a lot of the flavours though. Mine was about 9-11 dollars. Read more

Don?t bother coming here if you?re in a good mood. The staff will make sure to change that quickly. On the day I was there, for... some reason they ?closed? some of the indoor seating areas when it was pouring outside and then blamed us for sitting there. Asif we were supposed to know that the area was closed. One of the girls barked at us that the section was closed, and as we wereleaving the seating area actually pushed the chair before my son got up almost tripping him. I feel like menchies used to be good. Be prepared to pay a lot if you add a lot of toppings.

Everything was okay until i went to pay. I was the only POC in the store and everyone else was white including the cashiers.... Both of them were available and not talking to customers, i went to one of them and she said ?um actually let me get this guybehind you first?. Then i went to the other one who was free and said basically the same thing as the other cashier. When theguy who the first cashier attended to instead of me finished paying i went back to her and she said ?sorry its cause he was herefirst? when in fact he wasnt he was getting his toppings when i went to pay. Not very welcoming for poc and all the other whitecustomers were acting awkward and like they were uncomfortable with me there, but they didnt act that way with their fellowwhites.
