There was quite a bit of waiting que before you can place order but that's understandable as the place where it's located but... there was no food left except cakes & muffins by afternoon which was slightly depressing as we went for a quick bite. Overallinside ambiance was good though. Read more

Despite how busy this location is for a tourist location, the staff are always friendly and the coffee is always great.
There is a middle aged female employee with grey hair and a sour attitude toward customers. Luckily this is a tourist location... so most patrons won't have to endure her attitude on the regular. If she worked at a neighborhood local Starbucks, she wouldlose the owner so many customers. I really can't stand people who take their life frustrations out on other people - if youdon't like people, don't be in customer service. Read more
Very friendly staff. Clean place. Brimming with tourists. We stopped here to grab a cup of coffee while walking around blue... mountain. It was great as we're the Madeline cakes. Read more
Decent location in the village. Does get busy at times and the service is a bit slow but I guess that?s somewhat expected in... these tourist spots. Prices are also at a bit of a premium here as well. Read more
I work in the village and normally get a discount for anything at this location (if we have our staff passes). Long story short,... we aren't currently being given staff passes due to a change in the agreement, so 0 new staff have these passes yet. Every othervendor in the village will honor our "passes" if we show our schedule, showing that we clearly are staff; except for this one.I'm assuming it's the manager, older lady with grey hair, always gives me troubles. To the point where I just stopped going.This is out of our control and we are being penalized for it. As one other review said, if you hate people, don't work incustomer service.
