Ok, so we got hit with a $ 225 bill and with tip $275. When the waiter came over not one of us touched our dishes that’s how... bad it was. To charge almost 30 dollars for a dish of pasta is highway robbery. The past Carbonara was made like fettuccineAlfredo and drenched in cream sauce. My lobster ravioli was fishy and drenched in a vodka sauce. The waiter said not one wordabout all of us not touching our food, which I don’t understand at all. When we put our food to go I wanted to leave it therebecause no one is going to eat that food. So we literally waisted almost 300 dollars for nothing. I called restaurant and nowwaiting for a reply. Follow up- management called me and was given back 55 dollars and at least they tried. they wanted to giveme a credit to go back which I never would. If you can’t make a good pasta dish at an Italian restaurant what’s the point. Ihate leaving bad reviews. If you hve the nerve to charge what they charge they deserve honest feedback. Read more
Byron is the best very polite and knowledgeable we met him 18 years ago at mama Figueroa. The food is delicious however we miss... the family style salad with the meal. The workers are friendly and try to accommodate you Byron makes the best chocolatemartini. Read more
Was here Tuesday night and it was pretty dead. Had to wait to be seated , then wait to be served , still didn’t receive... appetizers after being there an hour. Drinks were good, eggplant tasted weird and seemed like eggplant dish from your localpizzeria, my husband said chicken was good. Had to wait for the check then wait for them to come get it. Another server actuallysaw us sitting there and took the bill to be paid when we were the second to last table there. Came here for my birthday andwanted to have more drinks but service was too slow. Pretty disappointing since I usually love this place and this was one timeI was able to get a babysitter and try to enjoy a nice dinner :( Read more
If you are looking for a beautiful place with great food, look no further. Stella did not disappoint. I had the Veal Sinatra... which was cooked perfectly and very tasty. My entire family enjoyed this dish as well. Be sure to bring your appetite as theportions are hearty. The staff was super nice and even sang to my Mom for her birthday. Had lunch here yesterday for my sister's HS graduation. Reservations were easy to make and change if you need a different... day/time. The food is delicious and the portions are HUGE! You'll definitely get your money's worth. I ordered the seafoodlovers platter and I ended up taking it home because it was just so much food. They packed it up for me and it felt like a bigcatering tray, that's how big the portions are. The place is also beautiful and pristine. We tried a little bit of everythingnot knowing how big the dishes were gonna come out. You'll definitely leave with a plate full of leftovers for the next coupleof days. Angelo is the best! Just held my daughter’s baby shower at Stella’s last weekend. Can’t say enough about Byron, the Maitre D and his staff.... They were helpful, serving drinks throughout the afternoon and making sure everyone was taken care of. Food was plentiful anddelicious. It was a perfect day! Read more
