Came about 7:45 pm and they were locked, even though online it says they are open until 8 pm and I called to verify it was 8 and... whoever is working there (not in the front) said they closed at 8. My husband went to pickup a call in order today at BR Subway. It was 2 foot long sandwiches 1 was steak and cheese and 1 was... chicken bacon ranch. I about laughed I could literally reach around the sandwiches they were so small they actually looked likehot dog buns. They have always had the best but not this day! Read more
Subway will always hold a place in my heart .... because there is just something about their tuna that I love. The tuna sub... with an array of toppings to choose from... and yes added fresh avocado takes my sub to the next level. This store surelydidn't disappoint. Read more
Normally out of meatballs and turkey. Seems like every time I go. Other then that great food! Crew could use some pep.. seems... kind of dull. Sometimes the main lights aren't even cut on... ???? Read more
Everything here tastes so bad, how? It tastes old and out of date. The meat, but especially the bread. It tasted like it's... definitely past its shelf life. If you've ever eaten bread thats about to go bad, you'll know what I mean. I ended up throwingthe whole thing in the trash. Read more
I am VERY disappointed with this location! I had high hopes for the ?under new management ,? but with that said, I have seen no... improvement. It is a hit or miss whether they will be open or not. It cannot always be a ?staff shortage ? issue. At some pointyou have to address what the problem is. I have always loved Subway, but I will not waste my time on this location. Read more
I've tried to be loyal to this place.....but I've come in and been charged full price when they didn't have chips or... sodas....well they had 1 soda flavor.......on two different occasions. Today I tried again and it's 5:30 pm......kids runningaround inside store with a hand written sign saying they have new hours and now close at 7 pm.....ok....so why are the doorslocked at 5:30. General manager needs to completely rethink employees at this location. I've never seen a subway so completelydisorganized. As I'm sitting here typing the employee whose kids are inside store unattended walked out of the tanning salonnext door. Bad bad work ethics lady. Read more
Stopped for a quick sandwich while traveling. It?s was a Saturday afternoon and there was only one employee working. Ryan did a... great job handling the long line of people but there should have more staff for a Saturday. Took over 30 to get our sandwiches.Also, saw a roach crawling across the floor and the front doors were dirty. Ryan was the best park of the whole experience. Read more
