I try to not complain too often but tonight was a little frustrating. Some food was good but I shouldn't pay $7 dollars for a... Double Bacon Classic and get 2 Jr Bacon sized patties. Funny that my friends Son of a Baconators Burgers were twice thethickness of my burger patties. Also let's talk Chicken Nuggets. Nuggets the size of a Quarter or if lucky 2 quarters. I knowthat Fast Food isn't truly "Quality" food but paying $35+ dollars for Less than Mediocre food is pretty annoying to say theleast. Read more
Terrible!!!! Don?t eat here! Went through the drive through and was given an old, cold cheeseburger with hard, old cheese on... the bottom and melted cheese on the top. Baconator fries had hardened, cheese and thrown on top we?re old, whole pieces of baconnot even crumbled. No napkins, no straws? I know I should have looked before leaving the drive through but COME ON NOW! Triedcalling to speak to manager and phone just rings off the hook. DISGUSTED! Read more
Lack of Staff I guess made the dinning room closed. Waited 10 minutes to order at the speaker. Then our order was given to us... incomplete. If you have time to wait at least 45 minutes for your mobile pickup, this is your place! We ordered then waited for 20 minutes... to go to the store. We waited for 45 minutes IN LINE to get our food, and were told to look over the menu before we could evensay that we had a mobile order. This store has progressively gotten worse over the last two years with their drive thru. It'sgotten to the point where we will be avoiding this store until we see and hear that it has improved. Wendy's is one of my faves. I just love the suffice and the menus items. It's quick and somewhat fast, only because the have... awesome food and are quite busy. But trust me the quality of food makes up for it. It's way better than mcDonald's in myopinion. Love love love Wendy's! Read more
This Wendy's has dine-in again. What a simple joy to sit down with the ones you love and share a simple meal. We ordered the... double bacon cheeseburger with large fries...a decadent and rare treat that was absolutely fresh and delicious. We shared achocolate Frosty a soda fountain Doctor Pepper to wash down the perfect meal. The employees are especially friendly and helpful.Perhaps they too are excited to interact with real human beings again--face to face. The particular competence and respectweilded by the shift manager was pervasive in every aspect of the operation. Everything was spotlessly clean. Service was fastand efficient and was in conjunction with a large drive through crowd. We also were pleased to notice that the philanthropiclegacy of the founder lives on in support for adoptive agencies. Read more

Staff- RUDE! I went at 2:30ish on a Monday and the dining room was locked. A male employee tried to claim they were closed but I... played stupid until he opened the door. Inside the dining room was half full with a few people eating at the tables and othersin line to order. I asked to use the bathroom and agreed to order through the drive thru. When it was my turn to order I wasasked to hold for a shift change. I got attitude from the girl taking my order. Do better Read more
