3 times I went here 3 times they messed up my order didn't care didn't wanna fix the issue on top of the order being wrong I... waited a minimum of 20 minutes each time. Won't be going back there. Don't get an iced coffee from this location at least not on the weeke d .it will just be Vanilla syrup . And no it doesn't... normally look a shade off white. Tried to get it remade was told no thats how Iit is i can give u a mocha . NO ITS SUPPOSED TOHAVE COFFEE IN IT!!! Read more

This store needs to be closed down. Extremely understaffed, waited in line multiple times for 30 minutes+ just for them to leave... items out or completely get my order wrong. Shut this location down or get a competent manager/staff. 0-5 stars if I could. Read more

I went through the drive through, and I was told to park in the parking lot to wait for my food. There are 8 other cars... after.me.that have been told to leave the drive through and go to the parking lot. I understand that you are trying to keep yourtimers looking good for corporate, but at the same time it's unnaceptavle to have so many people wait (this happens daily) plusthe wait time for fast food is 20 min. I'm not sure if the worker shortage is hitting this restaurant hard or what, but the floor has actual chunks of dried mud (like... from a workman's boots) and the tables around us remained uncleaned the entire time we were there. It was slow inside therestaurant, though maybe they were busy with drive up orders? The young man at the register is not living his dream, either, poor guy. Read more

My first experience at this location was anything but fast or pleasant. The individual working the drive-thru was very... unprofessional, possessed a very sour attitude, and just seemed out of touch with the customer service tenets and expectations. Beyond the terrible attitude, for what is supposed to be a "fast food" restaurant, this experience was anything but fast. Fromordering to receiving my food, it took approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Let me note that I was only one of two cars in the drivethru at that time and the inside was not busy either. I would have completely understood if they had actually been busy, butthat simply was not the case. The food was okay, but I have experienced far greater food quality and overall experiences atother locations in various states. I believe the entire staff could benefit from some form of customer service or timemanagement training, perhaps even both. No one seems to be working in unison at this location, but rather everyone appearsdisjointed and operating at their own respective paces. Read more

I understand being short staffed and all, but when there is only one car in the parking lot at 7:45 pm on a Sunday night and it... takes 5-10 min for anyone to address you at the drive thru speaker? Then I spend almost $12 on a Bacon King combo only to findthe Diet Coke completely flat and the biggest complaint, no bacon on my Bacon King. I would have gone back except I had anappointment I was going to. I was happy when this restaurant came to our area of town but after several visits and experiencingcrazy wait times and lackluster service/wrong items, will be avoiding it in the future. Read more
