Let me start off by saying I love eating here?normally?.I have a lot of respect for this restaurant (especially the fact that... they?re closed on Sunday?s), with that being said today at the Blue Springs location was a disappointment. Our food did arrivequickly but we couldn?t find one clean table to sit at, it wasn?t busy and many employees were either on break or standingaround to include I presume the manager of the establishment who is still currently sitting right across from me at a boothchatting. We were asked by the same employee if we needed anything about 6 times. We did appreciate that she seemed to be theonly one working in the dining area to include emptying the trash and vacuuming all right beside us as we ate?that part wasn?tgreat but she was sweet. I?m just saddened by the lack of work ethic I increasingly see on a daily basis?people just need to dobetter ???? Read more

Very fast and friendly service at this location. We may have been waited on by the working owner/manager (?) during our visit... but it was obvious they do it right. Several of the employees we encountered during our dine-in lunch break were clearlyfocused on customer satisfaction!!! Read more
I'd like to start by saying the amount of people they move through here is overly impressive. That being said, nuggets were more... breading than chicken and the large fry was questionablly "large". Customer service has always been on point. Didn't have timeto bring it to their attention for the problem to be resolved. That would defeat the "fast" in fast-food. Read more
My first time dining in Chick fil A in years. The grilled chicken breast sandwich was so moist and tender. The waffle fries were... dry and nit hot. Positive note: The staff was so friendly and efficient. Read more
While the service was really fast, and we got our order quickly, there were multiple problems with it. They forgot too put in a... whole sandwich as well as forgot bacon on the other sandwich. Usually I am not too picky with this, but Chick-fil-a is kind ofexpensive. They did refund us our money, but it is frustrating. After a long day of travel we just wanted to eat. We were notclose enough to drive back. Instead of being so fast, just slow down a little too make sure everything is accounted for! Read more
Cold, old, soggy chicken and cold fries. Took over 15 minutes to get our food after ordering and it wasn't fresh. Disappointing... to say the least. Truly the worst piece of chicken I have ever had here. Read more
Cannot say enough great things about this location. I have always received great food and excellent service at every Location I... have been, but this location was the best! What really made the experience was the young guy working that took care of us. Trippwas awesome, I went in with my daughter after we went to a Halloween festival near by in Blue Springs, he was super friendly andgenuinely nice, he interacted with my daughter while she ordered and remembered my name during our time in the restaurant. Wehad our meal in the dining room and relaxed from the busy evening. He made a point to check on us and again spoke to us on ourway out. You rarely get this kind of service at High end fine dining so I was just all around impressed. On our way out mydaughter asked if I knew the guy that worked there, I said not until now but he is just nice and good at his job.
